If ever you need to come in earlier or need a late check out please contact us and we will try to accommodate you if possible. PARKING INSTRUCTIONS There’s no private parking but you can park your car in a free spot on the street. There is always a spot for you. However, in the winter during snow clearing operations we will provide a spot in our parking for you. WIFI DETAILS The wifi network is Martin and the password is Martin008$ HOUSE RULES We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay. 1. No smoking is allowed. 2. No unregistered guests are allowed. 3. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedroom. 4. Please turn off the heating when you leave for at checkout. 5. Please take care of the furniture. 6. Please wash your dishes. HOW TO USE APPLIANCES Heat: You can adjust the temperature using the thermostat located on the dining room wall beside the microwave in the kitchen.

Nespresso machine: open the top put your coffee capsule lock it and press start

Oven: Press the home button then select cooking methods, choose your method select the temperature and press start.

TV: You have a large selection of channels offered to you and you can login to your Netflix or Prime video account (don’t forget to log out) Use this remote ONLY to turn on or off the tv and for the volume (don’t use for any other options it won’t work) To navigate through the channels, use the guide command on this remote. To open Netflix or Prime video use voice command, hold down the Microphone button and speak.

Extra Info Spare WC paper is underneath the sink in the bathroom. Extra sheets for the sofa-bed are in the drawer in the bedroom. You can find the iron and ironing board in the drawer in the living room. The fire extinguisher is located under the sink.
