Energy recovery unit with air-air cross flow and up to 60% efficiency. Designed for recuperation of energy in ventilation according to the criteria and requirements of efficiency and safety listed by RITE and EN 13779.

GENERAL FEATURES • Horizontal or vertical compact unit, customizable on site due to removable panels. • Casing with double skin panels insulated by 25 mm of polyurethane foam with a coefficient of thermal conductivity of 0.023 0,023 W/(m.K) • Static exchanger with cross flow, in aluminium. • Inlet and outlet filter holder with F7 filter. There is the chance to assemble an additional filtration level inside (F7/F9).

APPLICATIONS Recuperation of energy in ventilation installations designed for industrial and tertiary buildings.

MANUFACTURING FEATURES CHASIS: • Low and extruded anodized aluminium profiles with reinforced corners made of aluminium in horizontal configuration (standard).

UNDER REQUEST • Vertical configuration • Motorized by-pass • F9 Polypropylene filtering fabric with low pressure drop. • Models 500, 900, 2000 and 3400 have the possibility of an additional filtration level kit inside. • Outside filter box for 4500 and 5600 models. • Electric heater, hot water or electrical coil included. • External cold water coil unit. • Electrical air flow controller depending on the installation requirements: - Filters clogging alarm - Constant pressure - Constant flow rate - Variable flow rate

CASING: • Double skin steel panels, white lacquered, sandwiched on injected polyurethane foam insulation, thickness 25mm. • Panels with silicone seal for outdoors. • Circular connection with double lip deal made of rubber. • Pressure taps for measuring the pressure drop and filter clogging. • Access for lateral and lower side inspection and maintenance. • Condensates evacuation system. FANS: • Double inlet centrifugal fans with forward impeller and direct belt-driven motor. • 4 speeds 230V-1-50Hz: Cephirus 500 and 900. • 3 speeds 230V-1-50 Hz: Cephirus 2000 and 3400. • 1 speeds 400V-3-50 Hz: Cephirus 4500 and 5600. PLATES EXCHANGER: • Static exchanger with cross flow in aluminium. Efficiency up to 60%. FILTERS: • F7 filter: polypropylene filtering fabric with low pressure drop (inlet and outlet).

CARACTERÍSTICAS GENERALES • Unidad horizontal o vertical compacta y configurable en obra al disponer de paneles intercambiables. • Envolvente de doble panel con un aislamiento de 25mm de espuma de poliuretano expandido con un coeficiente de conductividad térmica de 0,023 W/(m.K) • Intercambiador de placas de aluminio de flujos cruzados. • Portafiltros en impulsión y retorno con filtro F7 y posibilidad de disponer de una doble etapa de filtración (F7/F9) interior.

CARACTERÍSTICAS CONSTRUCTIVAS CHASIS: • Fabricado con perfiles de aluminio extruido con cantoneras reforzadas en aluminio en configuración horizontal como estándar.
