MEMBERSHIP INITIATION FEES & DUES 2023

CLC MEMBERSHIP INITIATION FEES: $6,500

REGULAR (age 40 & above) (Full Golf & Social Privileges) $6,500 Payable upon acceptance of membership. Any member over 40 years of age or whose spouse is also over the age of 40. Regular members shall enjoy full Club privileges including unlimited Golf with no green fees.

YOUNG EXECUTIVE (under age 40) (Full Golf & Social Privileges) $4,500 Payable upon acceptance of membership. Any member under 40 years of age and whose spouse Is also under the age of 40. Young Executives shall enjoy full Club privileges including unlimited Golf with no green fees.

SOCIAL (LIMITED Golf Privileges) $3,500 Payable upon acceptance of membership. Social members shall enjoy full Club privileges but limited to 6

rounds per family annually and greens fees apply. Social members may not participate in Club Golf events but may use the practice facility. Children of Social members as well as grandchildren are permitted to participate in junior golf and lessons. Social members are not eligible to purchase Stock or exercise Stock ownership rights.

A nonresident member is any member who resides more than thirty miles radius from the Congress Lake Club for more than nine months in any calendar year, and neither spouse owns nor maintains a residence within a thirty-mile radius from the Congress Lake Club

NATIONAL (Full Golf & Social Privileges) $1,000 National members shall enjoy full Club privileges including unlimited Golf with no greens fees. A National

member is any member who resides more than seventy five miles radius from the Congress Lake Club for more than nine months in any calendar year, and neither spouse owns nor maintains a residence within a seventy-five-mile radius from the Congress Lake Club

LEGACY MEMBERS: Legacy members are defined as sons and daughters of 20-year members, thus entitling them to a 50% discount of the current initiation fee, or sons and daughters of 10-year members, thus entitling them to a 25% discount of the current initiation fee.

CLC REFUNDABLE STOCK OPPORTUNITY: The stock purchase price is $2,500. Stockholders receive a dues discount, elect Club Directors, approve any dues increases or assessments, and approve any Bylaw changes. Stock is fully refundable upon member resignation from the Club.
