Dear Trinity Family, The Trinity Prep Biennial Auction Gala, Trinity Triple Crown will be held Saturday, April 1st, on the Trinity campus. Over 450 Trinity families and invited guests are expected to attend this amazing event. The auction is our school's single largest fundraising event. The proceeds from the event help with campus improvements to strengthen the educational experience for our students. This includes investing in professional development for teachers and staff, purchasing arts and athletic equipment, funding materials for new classes, scholarships for student travel, and much more. As in previous years, our goal is to raise $300,000 for the school. Event attendees will have the opportunity to bid on hundreds of donated items. Available packages include fabulous getaways, gift cards for dining, exciting experiences and entertainment, sporting goods and events, health & beauty products and services, uniquely themed class baskets, and much more. Our auction committee has been working diligently to collect these donations to make this auction a wonderful night for all. This is a huge undertaking but its impact is far-reaching. How can you help? You can help by buying tickets, purchasing sponsorships, donating items, and contributing to class baskets. Large or small, every gift matters! We’re starting a new school-wide donation contest as a fun way to engage all Trinity families in the process. We want our students to learn about the importance of philanthropy and its impact when a community comes together for a greater good. The details of the contest are included in this booklet, and spotlight reminders and updates will be communicated weekly on social media (Instagram name is @trinitytriplecrown) and the parent portal. All Trinity families are invited to attend this special event. Yes, the auction is an important fundraiser for the school, but it is also a celebration of community and everything that is great about Trinity Prep. The auction is also an excellent way to introduce prospective families to Trinity!

Support the auction with a personal or business sponsorship. There are 3 exciting levels, each with tickets to the event, the VIP Sponsor event, social media and event recognition, annual report recognition, and more. Sponsorships start at $1500 (See pages 4-6 for more information). In addition to benefiting the school, this provides your business with great marketing exposure.

Donate & Make Asks The auction committee has been busy reaching out to local businesses and online vendors seeking donations. We need your help with personal donations of your time, talent, and gifts. If you are interested in soliciting donations from the community, please reach out to [email protected] for more information.

Bid Online Once an account is set up, anyone can bid! Even if you are not able to attend the event, you can still bid on items in the silent auction from the comfort of your home. Tell your friends, family, and neighbors.

Volunteer Are you creative? Want to meet new parents and help make this event a night to remember working behind the scenes organizing, assembling, setting things up, or collecting donations? We can work with your talents, your schedule, and your availability.

We’re off to the races! Trinity Preparatory School will be hosting our biennial auction, the Trinity Triple Crown Soirée & Auction, on April 1, 2023. Proceeds from this fundraiser go toward campus improvements to strengthen the educational experience for our students. Past auctions have provided laptops for classrooms, sound equipment for the theater, sports equipment, & funded the Ellis Award. For this amazing event, we rely on sponsorships from the community, and invite you to partner with us! There are three levels of sponsorship: Derby, Belmont, & Preakness. Each level comes with perks including tickets to the event, tickets to the VIP Sponsor Party, public recognition on Trinity Prep’s social media platforms and at the event, & special event swag. CONTEST RULES

Our auction donation competition will run for seven weeks, January 17–March 10. Middle and upper school grades will compete for a weekly chance to receive a casual day.

Weekly Rewards At the end of each week, points will be tallied for each grade. Two winners will be announced the following Monday for these categories: • One grade from middle school • One grade from upper school The top-scoring middle and upper school grade from the previous week will receive a casual day.

Contest Rules • Bring in donations with completed donation forms. One is printed on the page nine of this booklet. You can also download from trinityprep.org/support/2023auction. • We respectfully ask that physical items be in new condition. All donated items are tax deductible. • Drop donations off at upper school reception. • A family may donate any item at any time and earn points. • Donations must be submitted by 3:00 pm each Friday to be counted in that week’s totals. • Students will be notified at school (and parents by email) each Monday about which middle and upper school grades were the top scorers from the previous week.
