S.N. Arjun Kumar presently working as Assistant Professor (C) at the Department of Business Management, University P.G. College, Palamuru University, Mahbubnagar, Telangana State (Additional responsibilities as Placement Officer and Public Relations Officer of Palamuru University). He has qualified UGC-NET 2008 and APSET 2012 in Management in the first attempt. He has acquired a Ph.D. in Business Management from Osmania University for his research work on rural entrepreneurship in small-scale industries concerning Mahabubnagar District, Telangana State in 2018. He has worked in various colleges as management faculty and taught courses to management students. He was awarded the Best Thesis award and Best Faculty Teaching award in 2019. He has authored two books and published 20 papers in national and international journals, having 16 years of teaching experience and 3.5 years of industry experience. His motto is “Living really means living for others.” Jimmy Corton Gaddam presently working as Assistant Professor (C) and Head of Department of Economics, University P.G. College, Palamuru University, Mahabubnagar, Telangana State. He has qualified UGC-NET 2005 in Economics in the first attempt and acquired a Ph.D. in Economics from Osmania University for his research work on the Indian automobile industry in 2012. He has worked in various business schools in the country and abroad as management faculty and has taught courses to management students. He was privileged and honored to work as Assistant Professor in the College of Business and Economics in the department of Cooperative Studies at Mekelle University, Ethiopia. He has authored one book and published 12 papers in national and international journals. He has 13 years of teaching experience. Price 395
