Prologue INTRODUCTION “INSIGHT PARENTING I was seating in my cabin and was talking with my team. All sudden a loud voice I could hear then I asked my staff to have a check, what’s the matter? She went but I was hearing sound louder now. I came out of my cabin and saw a parent is yelling at a teacher in front of his child.
