Prologue INTRODUCTION “INSIGHT PARENTING I was seating in my cabin and was talking with my team. All sudden a loud voice I could hear then I asked my staff to have a check, what’s the matter? She went but I was hearing sound louder now. I came out of my cabin and saw a parent is yelling at a teacher in front of his child. I calmly requested to him to come with me and will discuss the matter. Ohhhhhh, he followed me might be I‘m his child’s Principal. Gently I have asked, what happened, Sir? He started complaining that his child scored very fewer marks but in the previous class, that’s in U.KG was the topper. xv
