He has worked at Oriental Bank of commerce and made substantial changes in credit policy of the bank; keeping in view the difficulties faced by the field functionaries and framed credit risk management policy during the period 2005-08. His debut book “Working Capital Management & Finance” has internationally been acknowledged. HIMANSHU GUPTA A graduate in B.Tech (Hons) Information & Technology and MBA (operations) from IIM-Kozhikode (2011), he currently works as a Solution Architect for ERP solutions handling large projects across the globe. With more than one and half decade experience in software engineering and management across the industry domain, he is an avid reader with key interest in technology and operations.
