LIGHT IN DELHI

Once in a while, you lost your track and wind up in some unknown directions. All your veins inside your body pumped in frustration, and you choke out, screaming, life is just a mess, nothing but a homeless dog wandering the sideway of slums and dirty streets. On some lonely nights, you howl like the brainless wolf, howling in the solitude forest. Flipping the pages of your memories and all the pain and stab you got in life. You remember how fallen angel once poured your heart with joy and how she flies away in a short time with all her promises of a happy ending. They become a memory which steals away your innocent view of this world and humanity, it sickened you and you lost faith in what you believe. But in the end you seek solace again in things where you lose your faith. Realizing you breath your breath in a recycling world.

This book is thus dedicated to you, who gave the writer a horde of memories to cherish lifelong. Ruata 4 Cabin is the pen name of Vanlalruata Pachuau. He was born and raised in Serkawn, Lunglei, Mizoram. He fell in love with poetry at a very young age, and this is his very first book.
