Preface Psychology is the study of internal and external behavior. It helps in understanding mental processes, experiences and behavior. Such understanding helps to nurture sensitivity and skills to facilitate personal growth and effectiveness. The knowledge further acts as a catalyst to promote healthier lifestyle, develop effective coping strategies and build strong social relationships.
