पाववती के मन का मंदिर है ।

शशव की शजतत ,शजतत का शशव;

ककसी की भजतत ,ककसी की यजतत। श्िन का आधार ,संस्करतत का आभार। प्रकरतत का उद्धार ,अप्रकरतत का संहार। राम उसका ,रावण भी उसका ;

िीवन उसका ;मरण भी उसका।

हर आरं भ का अंत है ,हर अंत का आरं भ है । वही बराई का नाश है ,

वही सच्चाई का एहसास है ।

Lord Sundareswarar: A Benevolent Avatar of Shiva Lord Shiva is always considered as a powerful, angry, calm, transformational, creator and what not. He is the "Adi" (First) He is the "Anant" (Endless) But there's one more side of Lord Shiva, I. e. His Avatar Sundareswarar. In Madurai, Minakshi Temple is one of the very famous temples and the Goddess Minakshi (An avatar of Parvati) is worshipped. In the 13th Century Malayadhwaja Pandya and his wife Kanchanamalai were blessed with a baby girl who was already 3 years old and had 3 breasts. Shiva told them to Bring up their daughter as the heir to the throne and the astrologers predicted that the third breast would disappear when Meenakshi met her husband. After conquering one kingdom after another, The warrior princess heads towards Kailash, finds Sundareswarar (Shiva) and desires to marry him. He told him that he will come after 8 days. Her father started the grand preparation. They made the huge gesture, food, invites etc, but when Sundareswarar came with only one person Gundotharan. Minakshi& others became worried about the food. Lord Sundareswarar acknowledged her concern and commanded Gundotharan to have all the food. He started eating and finished all of it, he demanded more food and ate all that too. their hospitality but Lord Shiva acknowledged that too, he untied a little part of his hair, and Ganga appeared. After drinking Ganga's water Gundotharan got full. Till today Minakshi is worshipped before Lord Shiva in Madurai. She is a warrior princess, a determined lady and a generous wife. Where Lord Sundareswarar is a polite, sensitive husband. This avatar of Lord Shiva signifies that if a man is tough, mature, or requires to "man up" He is also someone who is emotional, sensitive and "needs to be understood. "
