Prologue I know sometimes you feel tired, not physically but mentally. The drive and motivation to follow your track have left you long before. You have lost the very reason to keep going. This particular book can be a saviour in times of such utter confusion and demotivated self. This book is dedicated to all the people struggling to find the true meaning of life. This work is based on my instincts, intuition, and experience, the experience of an ordinary person just like you. Life can sometimes be pretty complex and hectic, and people may lose the drive or motivation to go further. But motivation is a short-sighted tool, and people need more than that. This book can be your first step towards spirituality and the minor problems almost non-existent in this vast universe.

CHAPTER 1

BREAK So, you have been working for days, months, or years and still think you are not tired and don't need any stop between your work. That can happen when either you are numb, who can't feel anything, or you are superhuman, who have tremendous powers to keep going continuously. And if you are not in any of these two cases, you indeed have some limitations. It's an excellent thing to keep working and enjoying your work. But there is a word called saturation, which means to be understood. Doing the same work for a long time makes it exhausting and tedious. So, to keep the work exciting and enjoyable, there should be small breaks. Breaks are also essential to energize you to keep going further to cross the limitations when you were continuously doing and had a saturation. A break is always needed from time to time to have collective data of what you are doing and learning. It's a kind of free time to digest the things in your mind. It can also be very creative as it provides a graph of your work to understand it more and then apply new things to make it more interesting. If you don't take time or break between the job you are performing, you will yourself reduce your capability to do things. Everything has a saturation

level, not a comfort zone, and beyond that, it isn't brilliant to proceed. After reaching At this level, there should be a gap to memorize, simplify, and gain what you are trying to do. It is just like a physical workout. We exercise, take a diet and give our body enough time to recover the broken muscles. Most of the bodybuilders work out five days a week. Then two days are utilized to energize their body for the next week. Likewise, our brain has muscles that get stressed after a particular duration of repetition of the same things. So, why not have fun having breaks and doing something you love and distress your brain muscles. It is not a waste of time. It is the utilization of time to digest your hard work. It brings strength and stamina. So, rest is as essential as work. Learn the value of having free time.

CHAPTER 2

DEPRESSION Many people see the wrong definition of depression. So, they assume that they are depressed whereas they are not in real. Sometimes we may be tired and bored of our daily routine activities. But this is not depression. We just need a short break to come out of this so-called depression, which is not depression. We can do a lot of things that we love during this break. So what actually depression is? When something distracts you a lot from your daily routine life and makes you mentally and physically weak is depression. This also is not a well-defined statement of depression. But this is truly a statement that many doctors say and find solutions to come out of it. Have you remained awake the whole night doing nothing? Have you ever been stayed hungry for the entire day? Have you ever felt that you are the most pitiful person in this world? Have you lost weight? See, if you have not felt any of these things, stop worrying because you are not depressed. You are just bored and need a break to explore yourself. Have you felt these things? Yeah, many of you must have felt these things. Now, whatever be the cause of your depression, there are always ways to jump the troubles. The first thing you need to understand is that anything is happening in this part of your life. There are so many parts in our

life, and all the parts can't be good or bad, and they all are essential. If there are bad parts, you suffer; if there are good parts, you have pleasure. So not a single person can have all the pleasure and suffering. One must suffer, and one must have pleasure. So what if you are suffering right now and having the bad part of your life. You must have had the good parts, and there will be good parts waiting for you ahead in your life.

Your current life scenario, which is bad, should not ruin the upcoming good scenario. This is a human tendency that we only focus on the problems when we are in difficulties. We never focus on the ways to come out of it. If the problem is solvable, then why so worry, and if the problem is unsolvable, why so worry. So in both cases, you can come out of the bad part as soon as you realize it as a part of your life. Why not focus on your surroundings and find out what is there in this world apart from your issues. Do the issues matter so much that you forget all the happiness and pleasures of your life, which you have had and going to have. Always remember the good times of your life when you are in dire times of your life. It will provide you with a conception and proof that time changes. And it changes for your good. Time makes you weak and strong. It's on the person how he takes the change and apply on himself to become weak or strong.

CHAPTER 3

COMPARE SADNESS NOT HAPPINESS There are so many reasons to make you sad. But more than that, there are so many tricks and ways to eliminate your sadness. Nobody can have the worst problems in this world. If you look around, there must be someone who has worse problems than you. You should compare your issues to others. You will find that you should be happy instead of sad by doing this. You should be pleased by having things that other people don't. In the same way, there are so many reasons that make you happy. But don't compare your happiness to the others. Because happiness is a feeling that can't be measured and doesn't have any saturation or embarking level to reach, it is something that makes you feel good, friendly, of your nature. So, never compare it. When you are sad, don't just see that the people around you are happier and have a better life than you; talk to them and try to be a part of their happiness. Have a good time. There are moments when something shingles in your mind and takes you out of your sadness by making you realize how silly
