COMPUTER FUNDAMENTAL Introduction of Computers:-Computer is an electronic device.The computer comes from the word compute which means to calculate. A computer is normally considered a general purpose machine that processes data. Data can be anything like bio data, various applications. Data comes in various sizes and shapes depending upon the type of computer application. A computer can store, process and retrieve data as your desire. It is capable of receiving data performing a sequence operation in accordance with a predetermined but variable set of procedural programs to produce a result in the form of information.
Data:-Data is the collection of fact and figure. Fact means any numeric, alphabet and symbol. The fact that computer process data is so fundamental that many people have started calling it data processors. Figure means diagram and size. Computer data is information processed or stored by a computer. This information may be in the form of text documents, images, audio clips, software programs, or other types of data. Computer data may be processed by the computer’s CPU and is stored in files and folders on the computer’s hard disk.
