POINTS POINTS POINTS! Points are one of the first things you need to know when starting your journey, it's one of the main ways to earn! Every item on the FM web shop has a points value, this how you will earn your monthly commission. Below you can find a breakdown of the points and how much you will earn each month dependant on how many points you've earnt in one month. POINTS & COMMISSION

more points = more ££££ Pure fragrances - 60 points Sell 5 of these and you've got 300 points which means you'll hit 3% and you'll start earning online commission.

You can find downloadable price lists and catalogues in your back office which are easy to refer to when you need. These indicate customer prices, business partner prices and points value for each item.

WAYS TO EARN Let's talk about the most popular ways to earn money within this business. INSTANT PROFIT - you earn instant profit on every single item you sell to your customers. Simply subtract the business partner price from the RRP to work out the profit! This is money you'll have in your back pocket straight away! MONTHLY COMMISSION - This is the money that you earn from the amount of points you generate in one month. Thinking back to the chart in the points section if you hit 12% effectiveness level, you will earn between £172.80 - £287.98. This will be added to your account the following month around the 6th, this is available to withdraw to your bank account you must have at least £10.00 available to withdraw or save it up in your account. The back office is everything you'll need to help you keep on top of your points, commissions, access your customised catalogue and more! This is an overview of what your back office will look like

This is where you can have a closer look at your downlines and their points. You can see if they are active/inactive and also see when they've ordered to. You don't need to worry about this part until you feel ready to start building a team (which you dont have to if you dont want to).

The reports section is where you can see details reports of everything to do with your business - from orders, to your personal points, commission amounts and you can also see a break down for your downlines too! This can help you see where you and your team are at and recognise ways in which to progress.

This is where you can see any messages and there is also a dropdown menu. You can find your personalised catalogue here and create sponsored links with a pre made form for potential recruits to sign up

ACCESSING YOUR CUSTOM CATALOGUE Your digital catalogue is a really handy tool to have and directs customers straight to your webshop. Let's have a look at how it works! First things first, you now know how to access the back office. You need to get yourself to this page and login, once you're in click the 3 lines in the top right hand corner. This will bring up a drop down menu, you will see a section that says "files to download", click this.

This is how it will appear once its loaded, here you can download both catalogues by clicking the language button on the right hand side

If your customer sees something they like in your custom catalogue, they can simply press the little + sign and it will take them straight to your webshop so they can purchase the item

When they press the + and it directs them to your webshop, they should see your BP number at the top, like below.

7 STEPS FOR YOUR FIRST 7 DAYS Let's get your journey started! The following information will contain everything to help you get started and any handy tips you can refer back to at any point!

1. First things first, think of a name for your new business venture. You want something that is unique and stands out from the rest! You may choose to promote your business on Facebook or Instagram or maybe both (a group is always best when using facebook). It's a good idea to create a logo for your business too, as it helps to start building that brand straight away. 2. Create a buzz, build the excitement! Invite your friends or family to join your new group or ask them to give you a follow on instagram! This is where your first post comes into play, let everyone know you have started a new business venture and the amazing products we have to offer! You can then take any queries straight to private message, if they're interested in fragrances why not pop them a list over? 3. Make your profile/group look appealing! It is your shop front and it's all about first impressions and making them count! You don't have to, but it's a good idea to choose a colour theme and stick to it as loads of different colours can make things look a bit messy! You want to look as professional as possible.

4. Use pictures that are appealing and catch the eye! There will be loads to use in the training page you've been added too and there is also a facebook group called FM Picture Group which is fantastic for stuff like this! You can also take some of your own pictures of products that you may have ordered for yourself! Remember to look out for other people's watermark on images and try not use these ones or give the person credit when doing so. Use pictures that are bright and clear, you don't want to use pictures that are blurry or have dark lighting. 5. I know it's new and I know it may seem scary at first, but the key to making this business work is networking with people. Speak to people, build relationships with people, people are more likely to purchase from you if they can trust you and they know you're genuine. Always remember to be yourself! 6. NEVER COMPARE YOUR JOURNEY TO THAT OF OTHERS, EVERYONES JOURNEY IS DIFFERENT. 7. Finally, creating a logo. There are many free websites you can use to create free logos or you can get somebody to design one for you. Infinite Design Studio on facebook offers logos at reasonable prices. Make sure its unique and stands out! You can then use your logo as a watermark to brand any images you make take!

GOOD TO KNOW INFO Information that is useful to know throughout your journey and will be there for you to refer back on at any point. Upon signing up, you will have been sent lots of information about the business and also a set of Fragrance lists which compares our numbered fragrances to well know designer brands. However, it is important to know that these are NOT copies or fake. These are fragrances that are sourced by FM World, that carry similar Fragrance notes to those of designer fragrances. It is important to remember that FM is their own brand and our fragrances are NOT the exact same as high end designer brands and should NOT be promoted in any such way. YOU MUST NOT USE PHRASES SUCH AS

"FM 18 IDENTICAL TO CHANEL COCO MADEMOISELLE" "OUR FRAGRANCES ARE EXACT MATCHES TO DESIGNERS"

Instead, try phrases such as "If you love V&R Flowerbomb, you'll love FM 20" "FM 20 carrys fragrances notes similar to flowerbomb" REMEMBER - DO NOT post pictures of FM bottles next to designer brands, this is also against FM World terms and conditions. I cannot stress enough how important it is to comply with these rules when promoting our products! More rules about compliance can be given to you by your upline or can be found under rules and regulations in your business partner zone.

YOUR FIRST ORDER! So now you're ready to place your first order, and the first of many! People may order from you via private message or in person. They may also choose to go directly through your personalised webshop.

ORDERS FROM PRIVATE MESSAGE AND IN PERSON. So to do this, you simply need to go to your webshop. You have two choices, either send to your customer directly from the website (bare in mind delivery fees) or you can have it delivered to you for you to put your own personal touch and distribute. ORDERS THROUGH YOUR WEBSHOP You don't need to do anything, simply send your customer your webshop link they can shop away and FM will sort everything else! Any instant profit earnt will be included in your monthly commission (you can refer back earlier in the guide for info about this) and FM will allocate any points earnt straight to your account! YOUR FIRST ORDER! Once you've placed your first order, you'll be taken to the shipping page to fill in delivery address details. You can either send it to your own address or if you're sending to your customer, make sure to put their address. If sending direct to customer, make sure to select the electronic invoice option! You can then proceed to the payment page, here it will give you the option to pay via PayPal or debit/credit card. it will also tell you the price of shipping on this page too - handy tip to remember.. 0-318 points- £6 delivery 319 - 579 points - £4 delivery 580 points + - FREE delivery Once your payment is complete you'll be taken to the confirmation page, orders are delivered via dpd and will he on it's way to you very soon! Once you've recieved your delivery, you can then arrange drop off / collection with your customers or send to them via Royal mail or courier of choice. Always be sure to check selected couriers guidance on sending prohibited items (due to perfume being flammable).

You can use the search function, to search for products by name or by product code which is found in the catalogue

You may want to use your incentives for your first order, which can be found in your basket (shopping trolley symbol top right hand corner) or you may choose not to use them, either is fine

You can use this feature to load a drop down menu which will state the categories we offer.

Once you've selected the quantity and added the items to your basket, you will see the basket total here (doesn't include delivery charge). When your finished simply click the trolley button to checkout.

STAY ORGANISED Its important to be organised to create a successful business, here are a few helpful tips to help you stay organised! Create and Follow a Daily Method of Operation (DMO) - these are perfect to follow to help you keep on top of managing your social media accounts! This can be anything from making a daily post to interacting with a number of different accounts, to commenting on posts. All of these actions help contribute to your growing business! It doesn't happen overnight but stay consistent and it will pay off. Remember - Rome wasn't built in a day. Keep track of all your finances and orders.. grab yourself an order book so you can keep on top of everything! Not only to keep track of orders, but also for business incoming and outgoings. Which may be needed for future tax purposes, it may sound daunting but don't stress. You dont need to worry, unless you start making loads of sales, you may even get to become self employed! You can make a simple spreadsheet if you dont want to spend out on order books. Managing and keeping track of stock you have - if you like to have a few extra products in your stock, you may start borrow boxes, keep stocked up on samples.. whatever it is, make sure to keep a little list of what stock you have, the quantity and prices. That way, if a customer enquires it's easy and less time consuming to

WHO ARE FM WORLD?

FM World are a leading company within the network marketing field. The company was founded in Poland in 2004 and is now recognised worldwide!

ARE FM FRAGRANCES FAKES OR COPIES?

No, because that would be illegal! Our fragrance oils are sourced from the DROM factory in Germany, which is the same as high end brands. However, FM don't water down their fragrances making them our own compositions with notes that have a similarity to high end brands.

WHY ARE THEY SO AFFORDABLE? FM don't pay out on celebrity endorsements or use expensive bottles or packaging. FM is mainly promoted by our business partners and through word of mouth, basically cutting out the middle man! Giving us, business partners and you, customers products at amazing prices!

HOW LONG DO THE FRAGRANCES LAST? All of our fragrances are parfum strength, not eau de toilette or eau de parfum. Our fragrances aren't diluted and generally last longer than high end brands which are usually EDT OR EDP. Our fragrances last at least 6 hours once sprayed, if not longer!
