Executive SUMMARY This activity is conducted on a individual by
myself, Nor Afatin Zahari (2020453998). While on
campus, I was able to identify business
opportunities by participating in this activity. I
have sold a well-known product called Nims
Chocotub, also known as Choco jar, whose
ambassador is the musician and singer Iman
Troye. I used this product to conduct business at
the UiTM Johor, Campus Segamat. Alhamdulillah,
the response was very positive throughout the
three weeks that began on October 21, 2022 and
ended on November 10, 2022. I completed my sales
of 6 cartons containing 144 tubs with three repeat
order. This is why I'm promoting sales on
WhatsApp, Telegram, and in person. I also created
a promotion schedule to ensure consistent
promotion and I really enjoy selling products by
making various plans throughout my business
activities.

Description
MY PRODUCT: NIMS CHOCOTUB Nims chocotub is a viral food known as
chocojar. However, because of its unique
packaging in the shape of a tub, it is the
first chocotub in Malaysia. This brand's
products have been on the market for 9
years and are in high demand, regardless
of age or youth, due to the high quality of
the food and its reasonable price. All of
the ingredients in nims chocotub are halal
and premium. With the purchase of 1 tub,
you will receive a free spoon from Nims
HQ. Nims HQ has created a variety of
chocotubs and among the products I sell
are coco rice, mini coco crunch, mini
rainbow crunch and coco krisp.
PROJECT
Description
REASON SELECT THIS PRODUCT Since this product brand has become well-known in its nine
years on the market, I seized the opportunity to sell it in
order to make it easier for me to sell because many people
are familiar with it. As a result, I don't need to do any
personal branding. Iman Troye, a well-known product
ambassador, also works at NIMS HQ. So my job as an agent
just only sell to students on campus.
MY CUSTOMER Consisting of friends, staff, lecturers, students in
UiTM Johor Segamat Campus and also family
members.
MY SUPPLIER Begin by achieving a phone number to contact
NIMS HQ via Instagram. Then, become a legal
agent, and all I have to do is order stock
through the agent system, which is simple,
quick, and delivered via Pos Laju.
PLACE DO THE BUSINESS Only sell within the UiTM Segamat Campus,
beginning with Mutira Block and continuing
through all college blocks, including boys
and girls.
DURATION BUSINESS Within three weeks, I began doing
business from 21 October to 10 November.
TOOLS USE FOR SELL AND
PROMOTION With daily promotions on WhatsApp , Telegram
and also using poster by face to face.
FINANCIAL STATEMENT All sales data has been entered into a Microsoft
Excel spreadsheet. During the three times of
repeat stock, 144 tubs were sold for a total of RM
1388. The total investment was only RM661, which
included postage from Nims HQ, plastic bags,
posters, and items picked up at the mini post
office. The total profit for the first stock is RM347,
while the second stock earned RM255.50 and the
third stock earned RM124.50.

Even if it is exhausting, doing business is a lot of
fun. and I really enjoy doing business on campus.
Various negative thoughts began to creep in
before start selling. Can I do this? Is this product
worth? Is this product obtain a return on
investment? However, as one entrepreneur once
stated, "you don't know the results before you
start a business." So, I don't want to be afraid of
even taking the first step. I took the opportunity in this subject of
conducting a survey to determine what
products to sell. At the time, I was thinking to
sell product that had gone viral, had been
branded, and was highly worthwhile to
university customers. Alhamdulillah, I took a
product called Nims Chocotub and tried the
food for myself.

EXPERIENTAL
LEARNING It's tasty, crunchy, and not sickening. Then I kept looking
for ways to contact NIMS HQ in order to sell their products.
After a brief conversation on WhatsApp, I kept placing
orders in their agent system. In my opinion, the structure of
the provided agent system is very simple and fast.
Furthermore, selling nims chocotub generates a profit of 6
ringgit per tub, and I have ordered three times in three
weeks, totaling RM1388 in sales. This is due to high demand
as well as well-known branding. Every time before
submitting an order, I calculated the business capital, the
amount sold, and the profit. Aside from that, I develop a product sales strategy. Among the strategy, beginning with product orders,
promoting, checking stocks, making record sales,
and staying alert with customer orders on
WhatsApp and delivery.
EXPERIENTAL
LEARNING I also prepared marketing
sentences that are promoted every
day in the UiTM WhatsApp's group,
as well as handing out posters in
person. To build a positive
relationship with customers, I have
made free delivery available
throughout UiTM Segamat. This
experience has made me more
confident in dealing with a variety
of customers, both male and
female.
Nonetheless, as long as I run a business, I will
face a number of challenges, including
responding to chat customers. Because I was
still studying, it was difficult for me to
respond chats quickly. In addition, the
presence of ghosting customers has only a
minor impact on my rest time. Order and
simply disappear in a moment. It's difficult
for me to do a stock count every day because
I have to wait for the customer's response. As
a result, I made the decision to accept orders
only from customers who had already paid.
No reservations are accepted, and orders are only accepted until 7 p.m.

Furthermore, the issue is encountered during
delivery. Based on my previous delivery
experience, the delivery will take me
maximum 3 hours. This is because I had to
wait for the customer to pickup their order. If
I leave the product somewhere, it is
extremely dangerous. As a trustworthy seller,
I must wait for the customer until they picks it
up himself. The weather also has an impact
on delivery issues. This is due to the fact that
it frequently rains in the evenings in Segamat.
As a consequence, I had to wait until the rain
stopped before making the delivery.
CONCLUSION
On the whole, through this business, I
can actively and creatively promote my
sales products. This business experience
has directly provided me with a side
income while completing assignments
for this subject. Not to mention my
lecturer, Madam Shaherah Abdul Malik, who always gives me advice,
encouragement to become an
entrepreneur, and support as a small
seller. Accepted my deepest thanks.
