INTRODUCTION Taman Bangi Ria's public playground is a playground for the residential area at the beginning of the development of the residential area. After the appearance of the new housing, Bangi Vista, the small playground has more and more visitors, causing damage to some facilities, and there is no authority to do maintenance there, so the trees are overgrown and the fallen leaves pollute the area, and finally, the place is less visited. next to the public playground there is an open area where teenagers visit in the evening to play football. Albizia saman is beautifully arranged and provides shade to the user.

Palm trees were arranged beautify the view but the signage there is already rusted

There is vandalism in this park, the facilities are still in good conditions

The open area area full of puddles.

The Syzygium myrtifolium give a little sense of privacy to the user of the park and residental area.

The trees in the outdoor gym shade the users, but the falling leaves make the area look worse.

The walkway is under the shade, but it is littered with dry leaves.

MICROCLIMATE

Strong wind disturbs users in the open area. Plant trees around the fence to block the wind.

The existing gazebo is unattractive. Build a new gathering area for the community.

VISUAL STUDY

The existing signage is already rusty and the park lacks a focal point. Build a new signage. Add a focal point such as water fountain.

Sloppy ground is dangerous for children and the elderly because they can slip and fall. Remove the slope by adding soil for the area to become almost flat.

ISSUE This park is has become less visited as it worsens in terms of aesthetic value.

Proposed to make the park more appealing, add more functional elements, expand the use to communities of all ages and create a safe environment for the community.

IT FOLLOWS A MULTIGENERATIONAL COLOMBIAN FAMILY, THE MADRIGALS, LED BY A MATRIARCH WHOSE CHILDREN AND GRANDCHILDREN - EXCEPT FOR MIRABEL MADRIGAL - RECEIVE MAGICAL GIFTS FROM A MIRACLE THAT HELPS THEM SERVE THE PEOPLE IN THEIR RURAL COMMUNITY CALLED THE ENCANTO. THIS MOVIE DEPICTS THE ELEMENTS OF COOPERATION IN THE COMMUNITY AND UNITY BETWEEN FAMILIES SO THIS STORY CONCEPT IS SUITABLE TO BE APPLIED TO THIS PARK TO FOSTER THE SPIRIT OF NEIGHBORHOOD IN THIS AREA.

design uses what is currently available in and expanding on those features. Current features such as native trees and hardscapes are brought out by sprucing up or enhancing the spaces around it, which can also be considered as minimalistic.
