Second Term Examination January 16 – 20, 2023 (Schedules & Guidelines)
Guidelines for the ONSITE Second Term Exam 1. Student’s exam permit is posted on the diary for those who are under blended learning. 2. All students are to ensure that they are on time for their term exam schedule. 3. Students are to wear the school uniform during the exam. Wearing of civilian clothes is allowed if the student does not have his/her school uniform yet. 4. Students are to observe the health and safety protocols at all times. 5. Parents are expected to stay in the waiting area while the exam is ongoing. 6. Parents may bring home their children once they finished their exams.
Guidelines for the ONSITE Second Term Exam 8. Students who fall ill or who have a cold, cough, fever, or any symptom of not being well are to stay home and communicate with the Admin personnel for exam rescheduling. 9. Students who will be absent during the exam period are to provide the school with a medical certificate (if the absence is caused by illness) or a written excuse letter signed by the parent or guardian with an enclosed photocopy of their ID.
