Guidelines for the ONSITE 2nd Term Exam 1. Student’s exam permit is posted in the diary for those who are under blended learning. 2. All students are to ensure that they are on time for their term exam schedule. 3. Students are to wear school uniform. If a student does not have the school uniform yet, he/she may wear civilian clothes but it must be proper and decent. Wearing of shorts, “tokong”, midriff, and other related attire is not allowed. 4. Wearing make-up, polished colored nails, and wearing high-heeled footwear is not allowed when in school. 5. Students are to observe the health and safety protocols at all times. 6. Using cell phones during exams is prohibited.
Guidelines for the ONSITE 2nd Term Exam 7. Cell phones and other electronic devices will be surrendered to the proctor before the start of the exam and will be returned when all the exams for the day are finished. 8. Students who fall ill or who have a cold, cough, fever, or any symptom of not being well are to stay home and communicate with the Admin personnel for exam rescheduling. 9. Students who will be absent during the exam period are to provide the school with a medical certificate (if the absence is caused by illness) or a written excuse letter signed by the parent or guardian with an enclosed photocopy of their ID.
