Second Term Examination January 16 – 20, 2023 (Schedules & Guidelines)
Guidelines for the ONLINE 2nd Term Exam 1. Student’s exam permit will be sent via email for those who are under full online mode. 2. All students are to ensure that they are on time for their term exam schedule. 3. For the asynchronous exam, students are to take the online exam through Genyo on the specified date only. 4. Failure to take the exam on the specified date indicated would result in the inaccessibility of the term exam. 5. All Second Term Exam via Genyo NXT is to be taken only once.
Guidelines for the ONLINE 2nd Term Exam 6. In case of connectivity failure, the student or parent has to immediately inform their respective subject teacher for exam rescheduling. 7. To confirm the connectivity failure during the exam, the student or parent has to take a screenshot of the speed test result or the interface prompt indicating connectivity failure 8. The student is to send the taken screenshot via email to the respective subject teacher as a reference for exam rescheduling. 9. In case of power failure during the date of the online exam, the student or parent has to immediately inform the Admin office for exam rescheduling. 10. Student has the option to come to school and take their Second Term Exam in-person after proper coordination with the Admin office has been made.
