We have a few rules which I’d like to let you know about. I know rules are boring, but we’d really appreciate if you could have a quick read. #1 - Please Clean Up Dishes • If you use any dishes during your stay, we would be grateful if you would clean them. This would be of great help. #2 - Number of Guests • Ensure total guests matches that on your booking. If you have more guests than what you have booked for, you will not be covered under Airbnb Insurance. This is bad for everyone! #3 - Check Out is 10am • Our cleaner will arrive shortly after 10am to clean the property. We can’t stop her, she is a cleaning machine. #4 - Lights & Heating • We would really appreciate if you could turn off all lights and heating when you leave the apartment each day, and on check out.

Entry The key is located to the right of the front door in a lockbox, please refer to your check in message for the code. We highly recommend keeping the key locked inside the lockbox during your stay so you don’t accidentally lock yourself out or misplace the key.

Parking While we are upgrading our new driveway you are free to park your car along the street. There are no restrictions, its quite safe and there is plenty of space available.

Internet Free Wifi is included in your stay. The modem can be found in the office in the front of the apartment. • •

Kitchen We have basic cooking utensils and equipment that you are free to use, but we would greatly appreciate if you could clean up prior to checking out. There’s also condiments and cooking oil, coffee and tea.

Laundry While we don’t have laundry facilities inside the house, there is a laundromat located a short 1minute drive away. Here you will find a full range of washing machines and dryers with staff to help.

Amenities You will find an iron and board in the front bedroom closet. There is a hairdryer located in the bathroom cupboard, as well shampoo and body wash. If you require anything else, please contact us.

Games To help you enjoy your stay, we have provided you with some board games, feel free to use them but make sure to put all the pieces back in the box when you’re done so nothing gets mixed up!

Restaurant Recommendations There are some lovely restaurants nearby which I recommend you check out. Below are some of my favourites, I hope you enjoy! Spanish Tapas • Café Meigas. They have delectable food, we have never had a bad meal here, also great for vegetarians. (3km) Mexican • Zaragosa has some of the best Mexican food that we have encountered (Avoid Taco Bill) (3km) Thai Food • Brown Grain is truly authentic Thai food. These girls know how to cook and we have never left here unsatisfied. The Banquets are also great for groups. (3km) Pub Meal • North Britain is tucked away in the northern suburbs and offer up some great home style food and is said to have the best Chicken Parmigiana in the state! (4km) Japanese • Just down the road you will find Kambei, while we haven’t eaten here ourselves, we have only heard good things (across the road) Sports Bar • The Red Lion which again is only down the road is a great hang out spot that we frequent a lot. There is even free Wi-Fi. (1km) Indian • Restarant Da Uday has an extensive menu catering for not only Indian food but also Italian and Thai For home delivery, The Curry Star offer great authentic Indian food. (900m) Steak • Steakhouse. The best steak in the city easily goes to The Steakhouse. You will leave here with full and satisfied. (2.3km) Vegetarian/Vegan • Our favourite vegetarian/vegan restaurant is Namaste Nourishment which has an amazing range of options. (1.6km)

Tourist Attractions You will find plenty of tourist attractions in our city. Below are some of the most popular which are worth visiting during your stay here. Art Gallery • The most popular art gallery in the area is the City Gallery which is located in Main St about 5km away, or a short 5 minute drive. Movie Cinema • City Cinema boasts 10 screens and shows all current movies. It is 2km away and you can walk there in about 15-20 minutes. Sports Stadium • Sports are popular in our city and you will find a football where Team Name play, as well as our basketball Team Name. Both stadiums are a 10 minute drive away. Museums • We have plenty of great museums in our city. There is a Natural History museum I recommend checking out, while I also suggest checking out our City Museum to learn about our cities history. Popular Tours • While you are in our city you should check out the city tour. Guides will take you to all the popular spots and you will get some amazing photos on your journey. Popular Areas • Be sure to check out Market Square, which is a popular hangout area in our city. Also check out the restaurant district as well. Parks • City Park is a great spot to visit during your stay. There is a lovely lake with plenty of wildlife, where you can have picnics. Activities • Popular activities in our area include go-karting and mini golf, which is fun for all the family. There’s even ten pin bowling, as well as laser tag. Fitness • If you want to keep fit while in town, check out City Gym which is 1km away. There’s also a swimming pool, spa and sauna.

City Pass The Pass is a perfect way to view the major attractions of our city at a discount rate. You’ll receive up to 20% in savings off ticket prices. The pass can only be purchased from Town Hall (123 Main Street) and they are open between 8:00 am to 5:00pm Monday-Saturday. It’s a great way to check out our city at a discount rate.

Shopping A visit to would not be complete without a visit to the shopping district. We have a huge range of shopping options. Shopping Mall • The main shopping district in our city. Here you will find two levels and over 100 shops in one area. You’ll find all the popular brands. Main Street • A popular street with boutique shops, along with cafes. If you love shopping, then you will absolutely love Main Street. Groceries • We have two popular grocery shops in our city. Grocery Shop A is a short 5 minute stroll from our apartment, or if you’re after something larger, check out Grocery Shop B. Markets • Every Saturday you a local farmers market is held at Town Square. Be sure to try at local cuisines as well as different crafts.

Transport While in you will find plenty of transport options. Below are the best ways to get around our city: Trains • The nearest train station is a short 5 minute walk. It is named Train Station Name and it will connect to Central Station, where you can get around the city easily. Taxis • If trains and busses are not your thing, taxis are another good option. Call 123-456 to book a taxi, it will cost roughly $10 to get into town and it’s a short 5 minute drive from the city centre. Uber • Our city now has Uber! It is a cheaper option to taxis and is often a better service too. Download the Uber app on your smart phone. Buses • The local bus is a great way to get around our city. The closest stop is 200m away. Look for Bus 20 to head into the city.
