Meet, Greet and Training 1. Company tour by General Manager On your first day joining Areal, you will be greeted by the General Manager, who will provide you with a tour of the office and introduce you to all the departments.

2. Induction Training Program by Office Manager As a new employee, you will be provided Induction training to introduce the company as well as the company milestones, vision, mission, values and the systems and processes. You will also be trained to use the office equipment and software. This program is designed to prepare you for working career in Areal.

3. Professional Training by Areal Academy Areal Academy conducts professional training that has been designed to specifically enhance our employees experience and to develop their knowledge and skills to ensure they work in accordance with compliance and legislation in the property industry. The highly professional program will ensure the staff are trained the “Areal way” so they will become a professional Property Manager, Professional Salesperson or a Professional Business Development Manager.

4. On the Job Training together with the Department Head After you have been through the professional training, you will be assigned tasks and will have the opportunity to work alongside your senior to experience on the job training. This will assist to build your confidence for a better performance.

The company then decided to gain a new acquisition and I started to lead a team. With this came new challenges and I had to learn to assign tasks to team members, handle staff emotions, solve problems and focus on team development. My team consisted of 3 leasing people and 5 Virtual Assistants.
