Chinese cuisine is an important component of Chinese culture, with a long history, distinctive features, numerous styles, and exquisite cooking. Traditional Chinese dishes are famous for their color, aroma, taste, meanings, and appearance. with a history of over 100 years, is one of the most famous dishes in Chuan Cuisine (Sichuan food). This is made with beancurd and minced meat (pork or beef) in a spicy sauce. Mapo tofu is spicy in two ways: traditionally spicy with heat on your tongue, and málà, a numbing spicy that is typical of Sichuan food. The sauce is oily, which enhances the spiciness and flavor. It also has a deeply savory flavor due to the umami from the doubanjiang.
