AVA Connection Troubleshooting

If Wi-Fi cannot connect Situation 1: cannot connect Wi-Fi 1) If the screen shows “Connection timeout “after opening AVA, please click to the following picture of the red region. 2） Please click to the following picture of the red region “Web authentication”.

3）Type ***5510***,please click to the following picture of the red region. 4) you can see the Wi-Fi menu.

5）Select the Wi-Fi which you want to connect and type password . Finally, please click to the” connect”. 6）If SSID shows “connected “like following picture of the red region 1, means connection successful. And Please click to the following picture of the red region 2. 1 2

7) Please click to the following picture of the red region.” Reset Connection”

Siauation2: Screen shows no Wi-Fi connection 1）Screen shows system message that reconnect to the network, Please click to confirm. 2）tap the call
