For more than 60 years, Aspire has pushed the boundaries of what is possible by being an ally to people with disabilities. We’re working together to pursue greater possibilities and creating better communities in the process. Today, we are committed to creating a better future for people with disabilities by designing programs that adapt to the needs of people who use them. Our services connect adults with developmental disabilities throughout Chicagoland and southeastern Wisconsin to supportive housing and independent living options, curriculumbased day programs, behavioral therapy, virtual life coaching, job placement, and career support. With your help, Aspire is happy to report: 91% of people who enter our career support program are placed into jobs 94% of people who are placed in jobs retain them for at least 12 months 90 companies partnered with Aspire to hire people with disabilities in 2021 140 people accessed 24/7 supportive services at their home in 2021
