Reservations: Acceptance of reservation taken by The Tour Operator is subject to seat availability. The Partner must provide full detail of customer for insurance purpose (name, nationality, and hotel room number) before the reservation can be accepted. 3. Group Booking: Require 50% deposit when the reservation is confirmed (at least 36 hours prior to departure) and then full payment on the service day. 4. Special consideration: Participation of senior citizens 70 years of age or over, children under 1 year of age and Pregnant women are not allowed on these trips. 5. In case of not acceptable physical state of the tourist (illness, pregnancy, high alcohol, overage etc.) into the excursion, Venus Sea Marine has right to decline the clients. 6. Insurance: The customer must accept the intrinsic risks of taking part in an adventure tour. An accident insurance policy is held, any valid claims can only be considered within the limits of the stated amount in the policy under the laws of Thailand. The personal property of each participant is carried on the tour at their own risk. (as attached) 7. Complaints and claims for refunds: Must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of the tour. The Tour Operator does not accept responsibility for complaints due to misinformation, false claims, or excessive price given by The Partner. 8.
