WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND YOURSELF? Self-awareness is very beneficial to myself. Knowing all the things I can do is a huge advantage. Being aware of the things that I like will make me create the life I prefer. It will provide me with various suggestions for my next step and plan for my existence, as well as the things I should alter about myself. To put it all together, Realizing my life' s purpose is essential to selfunderstanding.

Understanding The Self has been hugely advantageous for me. It enabled me to recognize that I still don't fully understand a lot of things about myself. Because of this course, I learned some new features about my physical self. I knew some of the answers to the issues I used to keep asking myself before. Understanding The Self teaches me where I fit in with people who share my characteristics and preferences, and in doing so, it also teaches me that no two people are exactly alike. Every student, including myself, who is only just beginning to become aware of who they are, needs this course. WHAT DOES THIS COURSE CONTRIBUTED TO YOU SO FAR?

PHYSICAL SELF My Physical Body is not like the others, I have a lot of flaws that’s why before I’m an introvert, I don’t like showing my face, especially my body. Even though I haven't always enjoyed taking pictures, I've changed a lot over the past few years. As a result of my environment, particularly my friends who are constantly encouraging and supportive. I learned that I can develop a positive body image and that I cannot remain the same throughout my life.I changed a few things to make myself look better, but those days I encountered many difficulties; in other words, changing oneself is difficult because there are always roadblocks.

Change Develop Process Trusting myself was the key, and because of that, I am now satisfied with what I look like. I learned to accept it, even though I’m still not perfect there is still someone who will accept me. Embrace Trust Accept

Being an introvert for years was hard, it was the most difficult time of my life. I didn't have many friends, and my previous attitude was that if I talked to someone, they would judge me. I did my best to change my introverted self during this pandemic, and it was successful. I made some wonderful friends who also taught me how to enjoy life. SOCIAL SELF

But we didn’t stay together for a long time, upon entering senior life we choose different paths. But this time was even better because I met so many wonderful people. I want to express my gratitude to my former friends for their support in enabling me to surround myself with the best people.

I dislike spending money on things that won't benefit me. However, I have a lot of interests, particularly in technology. It is only a dream, though, because we are not wealthy. Since then, my parents have repeatedly reminded me that because we don't have a lot of money, I should manage my money carefully. Despite the fact that I did listen to them, I obeyed. If I did something good, I always treat myself by going out to buy my favorite foods. But I saved the money I used. MATERIAL SELF

When purchasing items, I only spend what my savings will allow me to, but when I need to purchase expensive items for my education, I ask my parents for their help. But it feels great to buy something with my own money because I can then claim the item as mine. MINE

DIGITAL SELF I use a variety of social media platforms, I enjoy interacting with others online, and have even made new friends through social media. Online chats with strangers and practice conversations with them helped me develop as a person, and were a great starting point for me to overcome my introversion. I don't use any other faces or names to chat with people because I believe that this is wrong. On all of my different accounts, I only have one image that represents who I truly am. Prior to learning how to use it, my social media was boring because it contained nothing, but now it is jam-packed with images of me and sunsets.

SPIRITUAL SELF Going to Church is not my thing, you may call me unholy but I have my own way of expressing my Love for God. Even though I don't attend church, I still worship God in a variety of ways. One of them is by giving God constant thanks in my prayers. For me, having faith and trust in God is sufficient.

Nature is a part of me and it is one of the reasons I found my whole self. I have grown to love nature, and I want to state unequivocally that sunsets are the best part of the day. Sunsets are the greatest because they consistently make us feel better and less stressed as we head home in the late afternoon. Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better. —Albert Einstein

POLITICAL SELF I’m an apolitical person, I have my own reasons but when I’m eligible to choose the people I want to lead the country, I would choose someone who would be fair to everyone. When making a decision, credentials, experience, and a plan for the nation are always factors. What I mean is that I want a government that utilizes all of the resources the nation has. I don't care about fame or money; all I want is for every Filipino to lead a life free from suffering.

DEAR FUTURE ME, I understand that you're not going in the direction you had hoped and there will be time for the things that we've always dreamed of. When the time comes, we won't just be riding motorcycles or driving cars; instead, we'll be among those who fly an airplane, which will be the best feeling ever. Just follow and trust the process it will be all worth it.
