Características Specifications El nuevo cuerpo de minicentral C/229 se fabrica en fundición de aluminio inyectada a alta presión, gracias a lo cual se consigue una precisión de fabricación excelente y unas buenas propiedades mecánicas, debido al tamaño de grano ultrafino de este tipo de fundición. La versión estándar sirve para aplicaciones de simple y doble efectos. Existen 3 otras versiones específicas para aplicaciones especiales que combinadas con la utilización de válvulas de cartucho con cavidad estándar SAE 08 (3/4”-16 UNF) permiten la implementación de multiples circuitos económicamente sobre el cuerpo. El nuevo cuerpo es compatible con los componentes de anteriores versiones del cuerpo de minicentral BZ.

The new mini power pack centre block C/299 is made with high pressure die casting process which gives the block excellent precision and good mechanical properties due to the ultrafine grain size of this type of casting. The standard version is intended for single and double acting applications. There are 3 more specific versions for special applications which joined to the use of cartridge valves with SAE 08 (3/4-16 UNF) standard cavity allows the implementation of multiple circuits economically on the block. The new block is compatible with the components of the BZ centre block old versions.

Cuerpo Central Power Pack Block Simple / Doble Efecto Single / Double Acting C/229 ·Simple efecto: Suministra caudal a la línea de presión al arrancar el motor, elevando directamente la carga y manteniendo la presión en el cilindro una vez detenido el motor. Al accionar la electroválvula de descenso insertada en el cuerpo, el cilindro de la aplicación baja por gravedad. ·Doble efecto: Permite suministrar caudal a la línea de presión y el retorno del cilindro de doble efecto. -Single acting: Provides the necessary oil flow to the pressure line when the motor is running, elevating the load. Once the motor is stopped, the block maintains the pressure in the cylinder. The lowering of the Cylinder is produced when the built-in electrovalve is activated. -Double acting: Provides the necessary oil flow to the pressure line and the return line for a double acting cylinder. Opcional: sistema tipo venting, bloques direccionales hidráulicos tipo CETOP 03 o específicos para quitanieves, muelles de carga, etc. montadas sobre la minicentral o en línea. (Ver apartado de aplicaciones especiales) Optional: venting system, directional manifolds type CETOP 03 or specific for applications such as snowploughs, loading ports, etc. Mounted on the power pack or in line. Aplicaciones especiales / Special applications Multifunción Multifunction C/229-1 Permite el montaje de bomba de mano insertada, aplicaciones de montacargas en simple efecto con descenso regulado y otros montajes especiales cómo la doble velocidad de descenso. This block permits the installation of a inserted hand pump, lifting applications (single acting with regulated descent), and other special mounting such as double descent speed.

Selector de circuito pilotado Free Flow C/229-2 Montando la electroválvula de descenso en el cilindro, permite una aplicación de simple efecto, solo que en cuanto se detiene el motor se descarga la línea de presión, con lo que se elimina el riesgo de bajada no deseada por rotura o fuga de la línea de presión. By means of the mounting of descent valve on the cylinder, you will have a kind of single acting application, in which the pressure line is automatically discharged when the motor is stopped. Avoiding the descent at the wrong time by break or leaks in the pressure line.

Válvula Direccional 4 vías 4 ways directional Valve C/229-3 Necesario cuando hay que insertar una electroválvula de 4 vías y 3 posiciones, para el control direccional en cilindros de doble efecto. No recomendada para aplicaciones con presión superior a 180 bar. Useful in the case of mounting a 4/3 (4-ways, 3 positions) descent valve, inserted in the block, to operate a directional control in double acting cylinder applications. Not recommended for applications with pressures over 180bar.

Características Specifications La bomba de engranajes externos de caudal fijo, es la encargada de transformar la energía mecánica del motor en energía hidráulica, por medio de la aspiración de aceite del depósito e impulsión del caudal generado al circuito. La presión se eleva en función de la resistencia que oponga la línea de presión al paso del fluido.

Pumps mounted in BZ minipower packs are small external gear pumps, they convert the mechanic power from the motor into hydraulic power, increasing the pressure of the oil which flows thru it. In this type of pumps the flow is fixed. The delivered oil pressure depends on the ressistance of the pressure line.

Motores Motors Corriente Continua Direct current Los Motores de corriente continua utilizados en las minicentrales Bezares S.A. están diseñados para una temperatura de trabajo entre -20ºC y 90ºC, existe la posibilidad de montar un termostato de seguridad para proteger el motor. Estos motores se deben utilizar en trabajo intermitente existen tres tipos de carga (S1, S2, S3) dependiendo del tipo de carga se determinará el tiempo máximo de utilización. S1:Uso constante S2:Funcionamiento durante cortos periodos de tiempo en los que el motor no alcanza la temperatura máxima. En el periodo de reposo la temperatura del motor desciende hasta la temperatura ambiente. S3:El motor trabaja en una secuencia continua de periodos de carga y reposo, durante el periodo de reposo la temperatura no desciende hasta la temperatura ambiente. Para seleccionar un motor de corriente continua influyen varios parámetros que están interrelacionados: la potencia, la velocidad de giro, el tipo de carga S1, S2, S3. Por lo que es necesario seleccionar la combinación de motor y bomba más apropiada a las necesidades en la curva de funcionamiento.

­­­­ The direct current electric motors used in Bezares S.A. minipower-packs has been designed for a working temperature between -20ºC and 90ºC, there is the possibility of mounting a safety thermostat to protect the motor. This motors must be used in intermittent work, there are three types of load (S1, S2, S3), depending on the type of load it will decide the maximum time time of use. These parameters must be considered in order to select the best motor and pump combination according to the performance curve.

Motores Motors Corriente Alterna Alternative Current Los motores de corriente alterna utilizados en las minicentrales Bezares S.A. son los correspondientes a la serie RA Norma IEC 34-1. Son Motores de construcción cerrada y ventilación externa con rotor en jaula de ardilla, aislamiento clase F y grado de protección IP 55. El tipo de instalación es IM B14 según IEC 34-7.

The alternating current motors used in the Bezares S.A. mini power-packs are the correspondents to IEC 34-1 RA series. They are closed construction motors with external ventilation and squirrel cage rotor, F issolation class, and IP55 degree of protection. The instalation type is IM B14 according to IEC 34-7.

This circuit has been specially developed for use on Snowploughs. One of the directional valves has a built in relief valve in one of its outlets. It also incorporates a by pass valve which when activated releases the pressure of both outlets on this valve.

Para montajes en los que las válvulas direccionales están lejos de la unidad de presión (por ejemplo porque sean de accionamiento mecánico), se monta esta versión en la que tenemos los elementos mínimos necesarios para una instalación hidráulica:una salida de presión y un retorno a tanque.

Una minicentral típica para volquete consiste en un motor de 12 ó 24V cuerpo principal de minicentral ( con válvula de seguridad regulable y antirretorno integrados), bomba de engranajes y depósitos. Mediante un interruptor se actúa sobre el arrancador del motor haciendo que suba el volquete. El descenso se realiza mediante una electroválvula que puede ser accionada por 2-T 1-P/T 2-T el mismo interruptor 1-P en posición distinta.
