Access a Request in “two’ ways. (1) Select the “Submit a Request” Or (2) Type “New SKU” in the search field Select the following tiles: “Master Data” – “Materials Requests” – “Finished Goods New SKU”

Fields with an Asterisk are mandatory Dependency fields driven by field choices Select multiple languages as applicable Contact MDM for more than 10 items Use Edit Options to make changes View All My Request via the Order Status

Type your message and communicate with back-end users. Add Attachments if applicable

Select “Switch to Classic” to open
Request Process - Requester On the Servicenow back-end – ❖ Locate “My Requested Items” on the navigation ❖ View your submitted tickets in the Requested Items list o Use the Filter function to locate specific tickets ❖ Double click on the desired Record* o The “View Only” screen appears *No changes to the record are available. Only on the Fulfiller side can changes be made
