Propuestas recibidas Hasta el cuatro (04) de febrero dos mil dieciséis (2016), a las diez horas de la mañana (10:00 am) fueron recibidas las propuestas, presentándose las empresas Multicomputos SRL, Integratec SRL. En esa misma fecha se llevó a cabo el Acto de Apertura de las Propuestas en el Sobre A, frente a un Notario Público, miembros del Comité de Compras y Contrataciones y los representantes de las empresas participantes que optaron por quedarse, obteniéndose el siguiente resultado:

La empresa INTEGRATEC debe entregar en la fecha de subsanación la Certificación de MIPYMES para poder participar del proceso.
Durante la evaluación técnica, se determinó que la empresa Multicomputos, SRL no claifica para la apertura de los Sobres B contentivos de la propuesta Económica ya que no está clasificada como MIPYME. El 01 de marzo 2016 se procedió a la apertura de los Sobres B de la empresa Integratec, la cual fue desestimada por no presentar la Garantía de Seriedad de la Oferta en el formato solicitado.
