CONTRACT CLAUSES 1.

The Contractor agrees to provide a safe and reliable vehicle which is free of body damage and/or mechanical faults and which is equipped with: a. A serviceable spare tire, jack, and tire tools b. Serviceable tires appropriate to weather conditions c. Functioning seatbelts in both front and back seats d. Functional headlights, parking lights, and wiper blades

Before starting the Lease, the Contractor shall carefully examine and repair necessary parts and keep record in this Agreement. Company shall inspect the car before the lease and he shall inform the necessary items to repair (if any) and keep those items recorded in this Agreement.

During the Lease, the car shall be examined by the Contractor once per month. The Contractor shall take responsibilities to repair if the car’s failure is due to its pre-existing defects and minor replacement such as engine oil change, shock absorber change, air fresher change, engine tuning , air-con gas replaced, filter replaced , motor cleaning and plug timing tuning. The Contractor pledges that the car is legally owned by him and he has the right to lease the car. (ကနထရို ကတာကကာ်းကိုသူပိုင ိုငသညဟိုတရာ်း ငကတခပျုထာ်းပပီ်းသူသညကာ်းငှာ်းရ ်းပိုငြွငရှသူခြစသည).

The Contractor is responsible for all costs and fees associated with the operation of the vehicle to include maintenance, repair, and driver salary. The Contractor and its drivers agree to follow all local laws and regulations governing vehicle operation. The Contractor shall ensure that all drivers utilized by Company are properly licensed, and physically capable of operating the vehicle.
