SHAHRIAR QUADER PRINCIPAL

She has been the former principal of Playpen School and has a 50 year career of teaching and training experience. She also catapulted Playpen from Grade 2 to Cambridge A levels. She graduated from St. Joseph’s, Karachi and BA from Holy Cross College, Dhaka.

Greetings everyone! CRESCENDO EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION, a school with a new vision, in GULSHAN–I, will be functioning from July, 2019. At present we are operating classes from PRE- PLAYGROUP to CLASS VII. EVERY YEAR it will expand by ONE CLASS in order to facilitate students of class VII to appear for their O-LEVEL without any loss of time. There will be no term examinations for students up to Standard 3. Children will be promoted, on their class performances and class tests.

Teachers have been carefully selected, keeping in mind their experience, proficiency and temperament. We do not encourage any private tutoring. The school means to conduct half an hour tutorial classes after school for students who are lagging behind the class.

Yearly functions, commemorating important national and international events, will be celebrated at designated time. Annual Functions will be held, provided the political atmosphere is healthy and conducive.

Spirit of well being and fellow feeling will be coerced among children. Teaching children that we are all equal in the eye of God Almighty and that GOODNESS is the GREATEST virtue!

MUNIRA QUADER VICE PRINCIPAL She was the former and founding principal CGS-Dhaka and former head of school for lower section in CGS (Ctg). With 29 years of teaching experience, she has also trained and held workshops in various schools throughout Dhaka city. She completed her honors and masters in International Relations, achieving first class in both from Dhaka University.

Head of Crescendo High Education and experience: Honours in Arts, University of Calcutta Professional Training: Cambridge International Diploma for Teachers and Trainers30 years of teaching experience Administrative head for grades 8 to 12, foreseeing students and teachers having Honours in Arts from University of Calcutta, Mrs Tilat enjoyed teaching subjects like English Literature, English Language, History and Science. From the beginning of her career that spans over 30 years, she has taught students as young as Grade 1 and continued to teach students until Grade 7 in various roles and aided in shaping their delicate imagination, develop life skills of reading and writing, and enhance their creativity. In the last 10 years of her career, she mobilized her expertise for management, counseling, administration and progress evaluation for students in the Grades 7 to Grade12. Students at this age, needed more than just quality education as they prepared for their O’ Levels and A’ Levels examination for achieving excellent result while developing their unique personalities. Her aim has always been to be the facilitator, conducive to creating an organized and a harmonious environment for the teachers, parents and administration.

MS. DURREH SHAWER CHOUDHURY

Head of Crescendo Elementary Ms. Durreh Shawer Choudhury who is popularly known to all her students as Moni Miss, is renowned for her 35 years of experience as an elementary teacher. She was later promoted as the Vice Principal for Playpen’s primary section. Her expertise in all areas of teaching is a treasure that is sought by both parents and teachers. She is not only the grade teacher, but also the head of elementary and the in-house trainer for all the elementary teachers at Crescendo Educational Institution. Her drive to keep herself updated with the latest techniques of teaching came in handy during the pandemic when online classes, and later hybrid classes,took place. She implements both modern and traditional methods of teaching in order to help the students learn better. She holds a Bachelors in English Literature.
