Dear Rohini, First of all, Congratulations to you for doing wonderful compilation and editing beautiful E-Bulletins of your Club as Editor which has been devoted to a review of magnificent humanitarian services being rendered by members of your Club. We are fortunate being Inner Wheel members who can bring change & hope in the life of needy human beings. This years’ theme PINK FIRST reminds us that every woman needs attention, but she alone can change the world of her because no-one can make you feel inferior without your consent. She is responsible for what she is at present. It’s a happy feeling to hold the string of life in her own hands and not be a puppet dancing to another’s tune. We can inculcate these feeling in needy woman by supporting and helping her in all walks of life. As every STRONGER WOMAN is needed participators in the management of the STRONG WORLD.

Rohini wish you all the success in your every endeavour as I know your dedication, hard work , and the very special inner light which you possesses, which I experienced at the time of Assn. Triennial Conference preparation, will bring accolades to you. Thank You, PDC Nagina Bohari Dist. CCCC.

Facts about Autumn The autumn equinox marks the official beginning of autumn. The equinox is when there are approximately the same hours of the day as there are at night. After the official start of the autumn season, as the earth continues to orbit, nights will lengthen, and days will shorten to the longest nights of the winter solstice. The start date of fall varies according to climate, tradition and culture, but when it’s autumn in the northern hemisphere, it is spring in the southern hemisphere, and vice versa. In the northern hemisphere, fall lasts from the autumn equinox (September 22 or 23) to the winter solstice (December 21 or 22). In the southern hemisphere, autumn runs from March to June. The situation is a little different at the poles of the Earth. At the South Pole, where the sun has not risen in the last six months, the sun will finally loom over the horizon, and will remain in the sky for the next six months. Similarly, the North Pole will shift from being in sunlight 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to being in darkness for the next six months. When the spring equinox arrives in March, the South Pole will again be in darkness and the North Pole will sunbathe for the first time since the autumn equinox. 17
