RULES AND GUIDELINES DML 2021 1. Computer with a stable internet connection 2. Participants should use headphones of an adequate quality, there should be clarity in their audio. 3. Focus the camera in such a way that the participants are clearly visible and should be on video mode throughout the competition 4. Mics should be muted, unless asked to unmute and speak 5. Teachers in-charge are requested to guide the participants accordingly. 6. Participants must ensure a clear background. 7. They should be present for the entire competition and should not leave in between. 8. All participants to be present preferably in their school uniform 9. Registration will be done on a ‘First come, First serve’ basis. 10. Zoom link should not be shared with non-participants. 11.Participants are required to join the meeting 15minutes before the commencement of the event 12.Zoom link will be shared a day before the final event in the WhatsApp group which will be created by teacher in-charge of that event 13.Participants are requested to log in with their registered names only. 14.One mentor/coordinator is invited from each school to join the closing ceremony.
