Testimony We moved from GTA to Ottawa in 2018 and consider ourselves lucky to be associated with Dr Amal Amer and Quality Medical, Walmart located at Baseline. I'm impressed with the courtesy and speedy care provided at this clinic. I have high regards for Dr Amal Amer who's a true professional. Her knowledge, quick understanding of patient's health issues, overall command of subject and attitude are outstanding.

Women's Health At Quality Medical Clinic we provide specialized health care for women. Women health is highly important because of their reproductive and sexual health needs, they also have more chronic non-reproductive health issues such as cardiovascular disease, cancer, mental illness, diabetes and osteoporosis. This is why we do our utmost to ensure that women's health is kept well.

Elderly Care We provide the highest quality elderly care. Ensuring that all of our patients have easy access to resources they need. Whether it be medicine, refferals, or just general checkups. As humans grow older they tend to need more medical attention due to the ongoing decline of their health. Here at Quality Medical clinic the optimal elderly care is provided so that our elderly population may have it easier.

Child Health & Immunisation Youth services are provided here at the clinic. Ranging from immunisations, check ups, referrals, body checks, and medicine. Part of being young is living and maintaining a healthy active lifestyle, and we are here to assist in our youth doing that. The future of our population must be taken care of and sought after.

Mental Health and Counceling A usually overlooked but highly important aspect of one's well being is their mental health. We understand that our everyday lives cause huge amounts of built of stress and anxiety. We do our best to provide the optimal counceling to those in need of simply talking to someone or adressing health issues in their lifestyle. We also give perscriptions to those who may need medicine to help deal with any mental health issues they might have.

Physiotherapy Many of our patients have expressed soreness in areas such as the shins, groin, knees, shoulders, etc. As humans age they become more frail, allowing for injuries to occur more freqiently. Not only are these issues found along side age, but also anyone who lives and active lifestyle. Quality Medical Clinic works to provide physiotherapy sessions from time to time in to try and combat these issues.

Employee's Experience My name is Lisa and I am a Medical Office Clerk. My daily task is to answer the phone, take messages, file, call patients to book appointments or follow-ups, or confirm appointments. I check emails as well as messages from the doctors. . I check patients in for their appointments, take their vitals and clean the exam rooms in between patients.

I love working at the clinic. My boss and coworker are amazing which makes a great team to work with.

The advice I would give would be patient, know how to multitask, smile and be kind.
