Michael’s Day I usually get up at a quarter past seven - that's seven fifteen in the morning. I have breakfast at eight o'clock and then take the bus to work at half past eight. I usually arrive at quarter to nine. Sometimes, the bus is late and I arrive at about nine. My mornings are quite busy but I have a coffee break at about quarter to eleven if I can. I work until noon and then I have lunch. In the afternoon, I usually have another break at three fifteen. I finish work at five and I usually get home at quarter to six in the evening. At night, I usually go to bed at eleven o'clock. Use numbers to write the time. 7.15 am

Adverb of frequency มีคาว่าอะไรบ้างครับ
คา adverb of frequency ที่เป็นคาๆ เช่น always, usually, normally, generally often, sometimes , seldom, rarely , hardly ever, never คา adverb of frequency ที่เป็นกลุ่มคา เช่นevery day , every week , every week , once a week , twice a year , four times a day
Example :
I sometimes water the plants. She washes the dishes every day. John always does the laundry. My father rarely washes his car. You rake the leaves twice a week.
