Introduction to Online Finding Aids (OFA) Archive as we know holds many important materials. For example, Malaysia National Archive focuses on getting the material that are related to their countries such as legal, heritage and history. With many materials being kept in the archive, OFA are being used for the researcher to know if the material that they want is in the archive or not and for archive staff to know the location of the material so that they can retrieve, find the material and know if they have the material that being sought by the researcher. OFA can be defined as a document, published or unpublished, listing or describing a body of records or archives. The finding aids system consists of principal documentation containing a description in structural order, secondary representation documentation for administrative control, secondary representation documentation in subject order and retrieval aids such as user guides and indexes. There are many types of material being stored in the archive. This many types of material also can be seen by using OFA. For example, the types of material being stored consist of files, publications, newspapers/magazines, letters of agreement, audiovisual materials, royal archives, personal letters, private records and archives, microfilm, photograph, maps, plans and charts.

HISTORY OF TERENGGANU The story was presented by his Majesty The sultan Umar, the ninth Sultan of Terengganu that ruled in 1839-1875. Before This place known as Terengganu There was a group of Pahang traveling next to the ulu Terengganu. When that group reached the Terengganu Mati river, one of them found a fang, said one of them; "What fangs?, " answered another "Anu fangs..." because he didn't remember wanting to say his name, Some among the group found agarwood, when asked where they found it; he answered by the river Taring Anu" , over time it was called "Terengganu" Terengganu is a state located on the East Coast of Peninsular Malaysia. It is located between longitude 102.25 to 103.50 and latitude 4 to 5.50. This state has seven districts namely, Kuala Terengganu, Kemaman, Dungun, Marang, Hulu Terengganu, Setiu, Besut.

STATE COAT OF TERENGGANU It was created during the reign of the Late Sultan Zainal Abidin III as a result of the creation of several dignitaries in this state which means: Star and Moon: Islamic country Crown: Royal Government Sword, Keris &Mace: State Greatness Tool. Al-Quran: Islam as the official religion Law Book: signifies Justice Selampai: Great Ceremonial Tools.

HISTORY OF SULTAN MIZAN ZAINAL ABIDIN IBNI ALMARHUM SULTAN MAHMUD AL-MUKTAFI BILLAH SHAH Beginning in the first decade of the eighteenth century, the Terengganu Sultanate began its history. Sultan Zainal Abidin I established the Malay Sultanate of Terengganu. The Treasurer of Padang Saujana and also known as Tun Habib Abdul Majid is the father of His Majesty. Based on Terengganu gold mussel coins bearing his name, Sultan Zainal Abidin I assumed the role of Sultan of Terengganu between 1725 and 1733. The 16th Sultan of Terengganu was Al-Wathiqu Billah, Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin Ibni Almarhum Sultan Mahmud Al-Muktafi Billah Shah. His Majesty, Yang di-Pertuan Agong No. 13. He was born on January 22, 1962, in Kuala Terengganu, the state's capital, in Istana Al-Muktafi. His Majesty completed his early education at Sultan Sulaiman Primary School before moving on to Sultan Sulaiman National High School. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations on June 9, 1988, from the United StatesEurope International University in London (now Alliant International University). His Majesty participated in the Army School of Languages' PRE SMC (E) 33 military course from 2 November 1982 to 31 May 1983. From 3 May 1983 on, he completed the SMC 33 military course at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst in England,
