They must obey and follow to be strict. - พนักงานทุกคนต ้องสวมหมวกนิรภัย, รองเท ้านิรภัย แต่งกายด ้วยเสอ ื� ผ ้าทีเ� หมาะสม และถูกต ้องพร ้อม ติดบัตรประจําตัวพนักงาน All worker must wear a safety helmet,safety shoes,and uniform and carry on ID card. - เริม � เวลาทํางาน 8:00 น. เลิกงานเวลา 17:00 น. (เวลาทํางานปกติ) Work start at 8:00 A.M. and stop at 5:00 P.M. (normal) - ห ้ามดืม � สุราและสงิ� ของมึนเมาต่างๆ ในหน่วยงานเด็ดขาด Absolutely forbid to take the alcoholic at site. - ห ้ามผู ้ติดยาเสพติดเข ้าพืน � ทีข � องหน่วยงานเด็ดขาด Absolutely forbid the drug addict get into at site. - ให ้สูบบุหรี� และรับประทานอาหาร ภายในพืน � ทีท � ก ี� ําหนดไว ้เท่านัน � Can smoking and eating in fix area. - ห ้ามเล่นการพนันทุกชนิด ภายในหน่วยงานฯ โดยเด็ดขาด Absolutely forbid every gamble at site. - ห ้ามทะเลาะวิวาทในหน่วยงานโดยเด็ดขาด Absolutely forbid dispute at site. - ห ้ามเข ้าในบริเวณพืน � ทีท � ํางานอันตรายทีไ� ด ้กําหนดขอบเขตไว ้ เชน � ําลังทํางานเกีย � วกับ ่ บริเวณทีก ไฟฟ้ า,งานเครน, ใต ้นั�งร ้านสูง Don't enter in the danger area such as electric working area, lifting work level work area. - ให ้ใชเส นเข ้า – ออก ตามทีก � ําหนดให ้เท่านัน � ้ นทางเดิ ้ Use only the way entrance follow decide. - ให ้ใชห � ําหนดให ้เท่านัน � ้ ้องนํ� า – ห ้องสวม ้ ตามทีก Use only toilet follows decide. - ต ้องตรวจสอบบริเวณหน่วยงานทีเ� กีย � วกับเรือ � งอัคคีภัย , ไฟฟ้ าชวั� คราว และทําความสะอาดบริเวณ ทีท � ํางาน จัดเก็บวัสดุอป ุ กรณ์ให ้เป็ นระเบียบก่อนเลิกงานทุกวัน Must to check about fire, electricity temporary and cleaning work area then keep material and equipment before stop work every day. - ห ้ามทิง� ขยะในหน่วยงานฯ โดยเด็ดขาด ยกเว ้นในภาชนะรองรับทีท � างหน่วยงานฯ ได ้จัดไว ้ให ้ Absolutely forbid give up garbage at site. Except the container to arrange. - ห ้ามคนงานนอนพักในพืน � ทีก � อ ่ สร ้าง ในเวลาก่อนเริม � งาน,พักเทีย � ง และหลังเลิกงานโดยเด็ดขาด Absolutely the worker can't sleep in construction area although before start work, take a noon break and after stop work. - ห ้ามนํ าเด็กเล็กเข ้ามาในหน่วยงานฯ Forbidden children get into construction area. - ห ้ามคนงานทุกคน เข ้าภายในบริเวณทีไ� ม่เกีย � วข ้องในการทํางาน หรือภายในโรงงานโดยเด็ดขาด Absolutely forbid all worker get into the area not concern about work or factory. - ผู ้ทีเ� ข ้ามาหน่วยงานฯ จะต ้องมีอป ุ กรณ์ เพือ � ความปลอดภัยเสมอ Who want get into site they must have the safety equipment always.

กฎระเบียบและข้อบ ังค ับในการทํางาน Rule and Regulation ข้อปฏิบ ัติภายในหน่วยงาน (Site Practice) 1. ข ้อปฏิบัตก ิ อ ่ นเริม � ปฏิบัตงิ าน Before start work - ต ้องแน่ใจว่าคุณเข ้าใจคําสงั� จากหัวหน ้าของคุณ ถ ้าไม่เข ้าใจ ถามซํ�าอีก ! Make sure you understand. The instruction you have been given. If you do not – ASK! - สํารวจพืน � ทีท � ํางานจะต ้องมีความปลอดภัยเพียงพอสําหรับทํางาน Working surveillance area to confirm all is safety for working - หัวหน ้างานจะต ้องจัดประชุมคนงานเกีย � วกับเรือ � งความปลอดภัยในการทํางาน ชใี� ห ้เห็นถึงข ้อระวัง เพือ � ความปลอดภัยในการปฏิบัตงิ านนัน � ๆ Leader must arrange workers meeting about safety at work and tell about acknowledge for safety. - จัดเตรียมอุปกรณ์เพือ � ความปลอดภัยให ้ครบถ ้วน และต ้องอยูใ่ นสภาพทีด � พ ี ร ้อมใชงาน ้ Safety equipments must be provided adequately and are in good condition. - แจกจ่ายอุปกรณ์เพือ � ความปลอดภัยในการทํางาน แก่คนงานทุกคนตามหน ้าทีท � ค ี� นงานนัน � ๆ จะต ้องปฏิบัตใิ นวันนัน � Distribute the safety equipment to worker follow duty that day. - ตรวจสอบเครือ � งมือ เครือ � งใช ้ และอุปกรณ์ในการทํางาน ให ้อยูใ่ นสภาพสมบูรณ์พร ้อมใชก่้ อน ลงมือปฏิบัตงิ านนัน � ๆ โดยห ้ามใชเครื � งมือ เครือ � งใช ้ และอุปกรณ์ทช ี� ํารุด หรืออยูใ่ นสภาพทีอ � าจเกิด ้ อ อันตรายแก่คนงานโดยเด็ดขาด Check tool and machine is proper before working. Don’t use the damage machine or unsafe machines and tools. - จัดเตรียมวัสดุอป ุ กรณ์ในการทําความสะอาดพืน � ทีท � ป ี� ฏิบัตงิ านให ้พร ้อม รวมทัง� ภาชนะรองรับด ้วย Prepare cleaning sets for cleaning work. 2. ข ้อปฏิบัต ิ ขณะปฏิบัตงิ าน Working - วัสดุทม ี� น ี ํ� าหนักมาก เชน ั ดุรองรับห ้ามวางลงบนพืน � ทีง� านเสร็จแล ้ว ่ ท่อ รางไฟ เหล็ก Support ต ้องมีวส โดยตรง Must support heavy material such as tube, wire way, iron support. General lifting method 1. Checking lifting areas: - Survey and checking transportation routing and access way of lifting point. - Survey and checking parking area of Hiab or Mobile crane and checking materials place that not obstructed anything. 2. Preparing documents of lifting method - Checking dimension, weight, of lifting point - Checking capacity of Hiab or Mobile crane for lifting materials and attach crane chart for indicate lifting length, boom length and weight of materials or equipment’s - Inform clearly person in-charge (Crane Operator, Signal man, Rigger, Crane supervisor) - Preparing working schedule and details of lifting method step by step and which item have to inform to third party must mention. - Submit lifting method to client for approval. 3. Preparing car’s documents as below, - Car’s register plate - Car’s insurance - Third party Insurance - Driver’s license - 4 Certificate of Crane Operator, Signal man, Rigger, and Crane supervisor. - Must have a safety inspection document by an engineer at least once a year for Hiab or Mobile crane. 4. After get approve from client the project team should arrange meeting and explain lifting method 5. Arrange KY meeting and checking all’s method before start working. 6. Enclose working area to be lifted. Unrelated persons are prohibited from entering. 7. Cleaning working area after work finished.

Everyone who join TSL construction site shall be pass measuring blood pressure before working. ทุกคนทีเ� ข ้าทํางานในโครงการก่อสร ้างภายใต ้การดูแลของไทยชน ิ เรียวจะได ้รับการวัดความดันโลหิต ก่อนทีจ � ะเริม � ทํางานทุกคน 2. The standard value is 90-140 mm Hg. But if over 160 mm Hg. TSL didn't allowed to working in construction site in any case. ค่ามาตรฐานทีท � างบริษัท ไทยชน ิ เรียว คือ 90-140 mm Hg.หากเกินกว่า 160 mm Hg. บริษัทฯจะไม่ อนุญาติให ้ทํางานในหน่วยงานก่อสร ้างทุกกรณี 3.
