Understanding VMGO to digital Art
The VMGO serve as the cornerstone of an educational institution. VMGO provides a focal point that helps everyone in achieving their goals. Just like what my art is all about that when you enter CTU it's like you are closer to your dream. CTU helps students to enhance their skills and provide advanced professional and technical instruction. And also, I included in my art that as year goes by the University will be globally recognized for its quality, leadingdegree programs and will be ranked as one of the Top Universities in the Philippines because of its world-class performance and excellence.

EXPLANATION: The 5rs in waste management is important because it ensure that can reduce waste and boost their recycling efforts. This ultimately lessens the amount of waste that will end up in landfill. It also plays an important role in solving the problems which can arise out of wrong waste management habits. Base on my given pictures we can see their different waste management used in my daily living specially in my household. First, I have an example of recycle materials. By recycling plastics, and other materials, we can save production and energy costs, and reduce the negative impacts that the extraction and processing of virgin materials has on the environment. Instead of throwing them away, we can recycle them into plan pot. Next is repurpose. Instead of throwing it away or recycling, we can give a new purpose or new use to them. Just like in my given picture, I give new purpose to our old drinking glass and old plastic container into my art materials holder. And last is reuse in waste management. Wastes are used again for the same purpose. In my example pictures, we reuse 1.5 plastic bottles into water drinking container. And also, we reuse those eco friendly bags when shopping or buying something in the supermarket and avoid used of plastic bags. Eco-friendly bags are stronger and more durable than conventional plastic bags. Eco bags helps eliminate the need for single-use plastic bags that have proven to harm the environment. I also have 2 illustrations that shows how to improve our waste management in our houses and communities. My first illustration is all about reuse and recycle. Reusing and recycling waste helps save landfill space. It can also cause less pollution and we can also save money. And my second illustration is about waste segregation. We should separate our waste so that its easy to recycle them. Effective segregation of wastes means that less waste goes to landfill which makes it cheaper and better for people and the environment. Waste management is important as it saves the environment from the toxic effects of inorganic and biodegradable element present in waste. Mismanagement of waste can cause water contamination, soil erosion and air contamination.

PROJECT OVERVIEW The footwear brand Shoexi was created with the goal of protecting and comfort the human foot while engaging in a variety of activities. As no foot is perfect, choosing shoes that fit properly can help balance your ankles and feet. Shoexi brand will rest assure everyone that our product has a high quality, affordable but durable shoes. The shoe must go on when wearing Shoexi Footwear. DEFINING SUCCESS Projects are considered successful when they satisfy business needs. Completed and kept on schedule. Completed and maintained on budget, and provide the anticipated business performance and investment return. Setting expectations, developing a project plan, adhering to the plan, gaining more support, carefully choosing team members who can contribute to my success, and wise resource management are the steps necessary for me to achieve my goals and succeed in me. OBJECTIVES A project's main objective must be clear, measurable, and achievable. The objective of my project is to boost sales while measuring its effectiveness, efficiency, and success. Additionally, the project's objective is to meet or exceed buyers' or clients' expectations. POSITIONING Describe your target audience, their demographics and what appeals to them: Evaluating the customers who buy your products or services is one of the best ways to identify your target audience. Today's generation has seen a rise in the beauty of fashion. wearing trendy clothing to the office, school, and mall, and I've observed that shoes match every outfit we wear and are also more convenient to wear. Everyone, but especially millennials and Generation Z, is my target demographic. What does your audience care about when considering your product/service? What problem or need does your business solve for them? Every successful business, whether it sells directly to customers or to other companies, is built around knowing and understanding the needs of the client. Once I am aware of this, I can apply it to persuade both current and new clients that doing business with my company is in their best interests.

List your closest competitors. My closest competitors are the biggest and most valuable shoe brand. Like Nike, Adidas, Giovanne the Label, Annie & Lori. How is your product/service different from your competitors? Even though my product may not be as well-known compared to some of the others, I can tell everyone that it is very durable, convenient to wear, has a very human design, and is not overly expensive. It’s very affordable and durable. What is the perception of your industry? Your company? Your product or service My perception in this industry is how my product is affected by the consumer’s judgmental frame of reference. To determine the customer’s perception of my product or company, I must collect customer feedback and analyze customer ratings and reviews. MESSAGES What feeling or message do you want to convey to those who view it? We always thankful, and we love you. What is the main benefit your audience receives from your product or service The main benefit to my audience receives from my product or service is they can get a high quality, affordable but durable shoes. Do you have a specific tone or voice established? Describe it here: If not, what would you like it to be? “Let’s get it!” List a few words that describe the company and its values. Teamwork, creative, growth mindset, friendly, communication and transparency. You can have it as inspiration just don’t copy everything. COMPANY BACKGROUND Shoexi is a footwear company brand. We established this kind of business because we want to share our creativity in making this product. I came up the name SHOEXI from the name XUXI, a kpop idol. Since my business is all about shoes, I just changed “XU” into “SHOE” that’s why my company name is SHOEXI. Do you have a mission statement to share? Critiquing and revision Before rivision
In the original layout, I noticed that it's just too simple, not so detailed and doesn't have too much information about the product. So I revise it and elaborate the layout/product more. The first thing I did while revising is changing the background. Blue and white is my color of choice. Next is I added a model and other information about the product. Like what is the product all about and what are the benefits when using it. Lastly in the original layout, the product is too simple so I decided to add some changes in it. I added the "with the cherry blossom scent" and cherry blossom flower in the product itself. So it will look more appealing and catchy to the eyes of the viewer. So this is my revised layout. From simple to more detailed layout.
