GETTING STARTED
We .. • Utilize a Needs Analysis, Demand Study/Market Report as preliminary due diligence support. • Partner with the landowner to complete due diligence, a conceptual project design, and budget. • Enter into a development agreement once we have determined that a project is conditionally viable. • Engage with the city, community, local businesses, suppliers, contractors, labor, and services providers. • Deliver on quality, timeliness, and budget per a detailed development calendar and a price guarantee.
NEXT STEPS 1. Meet to discuss the intentions of the site and the community need for the development 2. Complete the initial due diligence to determine what project (size and scope) is best suited for the site. 3. Select our team via a development agreement for predevelopment work completion. 4. Obtain financing commitments during predevelopment, arrange financing, design and complete the development.
