Convocation Digital Pass

Indebted Status Please contact the Academic Management Division or the Library for more information.

STEP 1

Click on Convocation Digital Pass Menu in iAlumni’s Convocation Module

STEP 2

If you haven't verified attendance, this popup will appear.

By clicking OK will take you to the attendance verification screen and you need to confirm it first.

STEP 3

If you have not made a robe order, this pass will appear

You can swipe left or right to choose the appropriate robe

When the robe has been ordered, the display will change like this. You can still change the size or cancel the order before picking up the robe.

STEP 4

If you have not made a robe order, this pass will appear

Click on the SKPG Portal to do an SKPG verification study

Click on Upload SKPG to upload your SKPG slip

STEP 5

This pass will appear when the SKPG Slip has been verified.

Click the Scan QR Code Button to scan the special QR Code that will be provided on the day of the robe collection

The digital pass will change like this for the robe collection queue. The number displayed above is your queue number.

STEP 6

When your turn number is called, please scan the QR Code found on the robe to confirm receipt.

STEP 7 The digital pass will change like this for the souvenir collection process. Please show this pass at the souvenir counter.

This is your final pass. Please use this pass throughout your convocation session and when returning the robe.
