House Rules Thanks for choosing to stay at our home. We are so glad you have decided to book with us, and we want to make sure you have a 5-star stay. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, as well as loads of attractions to see whilst you are here in Houston.

We have a few rules which I’d like to let you know about. I know rules are boring, but we’d really appreciate if you could have a quick read. #1 – No smoking, pets, or parties •

There is no smoking allowed inside of the property. There are no parties allowed unless otherwise discussed. There are not pets allowed at all

#2 - Number of Guests •

Ensure total guests matches that on your booking. If you have more guests than what you have booked for, you will not be covered under Airbnb Insurance.

#3 - Check Out is 11am You will find a list of my favorite restaurants on page 3, plus details about our property in this manual.

Our cleaner will arrive shortly after 11am to clean the property.

#4 - Lights & Heating •

We would really appreciate if you could turn off all lights and heating when you leave upon checking out.

Entry The door codes provided to you are your sole way of accessing the home. Please do not lock the bottom front door lock when leaving the home as you are not provided a key for that lock. Please be sure to lock both locks when leaving the home and reference your messages for the codes. Your codes will expire upon your check out time.

Parking You are free to park in the garage, in the driveway, and along the street facing the house.

Kitchen We have basic cooking utensils and equipment that you are free to use, but we would greatly appreciate if you could clean up prior to checking out. There’s also spices and cooking oil, and coffee for your use.

Laundry You are free to utilize the laundry and dryer as well as supplies during your stay.

Amenities You will find an iron and board in the master bedroom closet. There is a hairdryer located under the master bathroom sink. In addition, we provide shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash for your use.

Games To help you enjoy your stay, we have provided you with some board games, feel free to use them but make sure to put all the pieces back in the box when you’re done so nothing gets mixed up!
