Introduction to Online Finding Aids 1 Online Finding Aids (OFA) are used to help a user to search for information within a particular record group, collection, or series of archival documents. Published and unpublished inventories, container and folder list, card catalogues, calendars, indexes, registers and institutional guides are all examples of finding aids. Online finding aids functions are basically an online public access catalog counterpart. OFA typically includes detailed information about the collection, including the creator, the date of the materials, the format of the materials, and the subjects covered. They can also include images, audio, and video files related to the collection. OFA can be used to search for specific materials within a collection, such as a letter written by a particular person or a photograph of a specific event. They can also be used to browse through the contents of a collection by subject, date, or format. OFA also improve access to collections as they provide researchers with a more efficient way to search and find materials, it also allows institutions to share their collections with a wider audience, and they also make it possible for multiple institutions to share their collections with one another.

Kelantan has a rich history and several names. It was born after a successful rebellion against Funan in 6th century AD by the name of "Raktamrittika" ruled by King Gautama, have connection with The Funan Kingdom, the Khmer Empire, Sri Wijaya, Majapahit, and Siam in the early days. Become a vassal states of the Malacca Sultanate in 1499 , mythilogically governed by a woman named Cik Siti Wan Kembang in 16th and 17th century, joined Pattani Confederation in 1603 because Siam's threat. A prince from West Kelantan managed to unifying modern Kelantan in 1760. four years later, an Easr Kelantan prince named Long Yunus seize power and proclaimed himself Sultan of Kelantan. Terengganu, however, had an impact on Kelantan after his death. This is medieval and early modern Kelantanese history. for modern we give you a quick one.
