Núcleos de sentido institucionales: En nuestra concepción educativa entendemos: Educación como práctica transformadora: de alumnos, docentes y su contexto entendido como construcción social permanente. (Dimensión política de la educación).

Educación dialógica y participativa: que supone partir de los saberes previos, de la situación cultural y la práctica social de nuestros alumnos, proponiendo una metodología centrada en la plena participación. Educación autocrítica: que analiza, reflexiona y revisa la propia práctica en el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje. Educación problematizadora: que parte de la pregunta, del interrogante, para resignificar y profundizar los conocimientos.

Objetivos de la asignatura • Descripción de las principales estructuras sintácticas del Inglés: categorías y funciones sintácticas, principales operaciones, y método de argumentación sintáctico. • Lograr un equilibrio entre la descripción de las estructuras gramaticales del idioma inglés y el desarrollo de un análisis que permita encuadrar estas descripciones dentro de un marco teórico explicativo. • Al concluir el curso los alumnos deberán demostrar la aplicación de criterios y pruebas sintácticas al análisis de oraciones

Presupuesto de tiempo Aproximadamente una unidad por mes

Evaluación y aprobación Consistirá en un trabajo práctico al finalizar cada unidad, que incluirá los contenidos conceptuales correspondientes. La nota mínima de aprobación es 7 (siete). Al finalizar el segundo cuatrimestre podrán recuperar los trabajos prácticos no aprobados. Más dos exámenes parciales integradores en los que los alumnos deberán aplicar a un pasaje que no hayan visto previamente, el método de análisis sintáctico. La nota mínima de aprobación es 7 (siete). Sólo una de estas instancias podrá ser recuperada . Si el alumno no cumpliera con todos estos requisitos podrá presentarse a la instancia de evaluación final. Para esto, deberá haber aprobado con no menos de 4 (cuatro) las instancias de evaluación parcial y la mitad más uno de los trabajos prácticos durante la cursada y aprobar el 100% antes de rendir final.
