INSTRUCCIONES PARA LOS AUTORES La Revista Justicia Juris es una publicación de carácter semestral, es el órgano de divulgación de la Facultad de Jurisprudencia-Programa de Derecho- de la Universidad Autónoma del Caribe. Tiene como objetivo servir como medio de divulgación de la producción intelectual y los avances investigativos que en el campo de la ciencia jurídica se produce en esta Institución, así como en otras instituciones afines con la ciencia jurídica. Los siguientes son los requisitos que deben ser tenidos en cuenta para los artículos postulados en la Revista Justicia Juris.

• RESUMEN: en este campo que debe ser conciso, se sintetiza con un máximo de 200 palabras en letra Times New Roman de 10 puntos el contenido del artículo. El resumen debe ser escrito en el mismo idioma en que fue presentado el artículo y en inglés. Es una presentación abreviada, pero comprensiva del artículo • PALABRAS CLAVE: se deben indicar en orden alfabético las palabras claves que facilitan la indexación del artículo en un número mínimo de cinco y máximo de siete.

1. Los artículos deben ser inéditos, y ser remitidos al editor de la Revista Justicia Juris en la Facultad de Jurisprudencia Calle 90 No. 46-112 Segundo piso, bloque E, en original y dos copias tamaño carta. Además, de una copia en medio magnético, o pueden ser enviados al correo electrónico: revistajusticia@uac. edu.co

• ABSTRACT: se trata de la traducción literal al inglés del resumen en Letra cursiva, Times New Roman de 10 puntos • KEY WORDS: Máximo siete palabras clave en inglés, ordenadas alfabéticamente.

2. Los artículos deben ser escritos en procesador de texto, en letra Times New Roman 12 punto a 1,5 espacio, usando márgenes de 3.5 cm. en cada uno de los lados de la hoja y en extensión que no supere las 35 páginas. Se recibirán artículos en español, ingles y francés.

Para la citación de textos y lista de referencias debe seguirse las normas de la Asociación Americana de Psicología (APA)



En cada revista, el máximo número de artículos de un mismo autor que se publicará es de dos.

• Cuando se trate de artículos resultados de investigación, contendrá una introducción que haga referencia al problema, la justificación, los objetivos, métodos de estudio, resultados, conclusiones y Referencias. La redacción de los trabajos será de carácter objetivo e impersonal. El autor cuidará que la forma se ajuste a las normas de presentación, corrección en el lenguaje y uso de terminologías aceptadas por organismos científicos. • REFERENCIAS BIBLIOGRAFICAS: Se trata del listado en orden alfabético de los datos que identifican las fuentes citadas y/o utilizadas en el artículo, se ubican al final del mismo y debe contener toda la información necesaria para facilitar la localización de los documentos citados en el texto. La información debe ser exacta, tal y como aparecen en el documento original

3. Los artículos presentados a la revista Justicia Juris, además de cumplir con el formato de presentación, deben abordar temáticas referentes a la ciencia del Derecho o a la investigación jurídica o socio- jurídico y referirse a un tema o problema de interés público y contener los siguientes datos: • TÍTULO DEL ARTÍCULO: éste debe contener máximo 15 palabras, debe ser breve, específico e informativo, indicando claramente la materia de que trate el artículo, debe estar centrado, en negrita, con letra mayúscula tipo Times New Roman 12 pt.

4. Se tiene preferencia por los artículos que corresponden a la siguiente tipología señalada por el Índice Bibliográfico Nacional Publindex: • Artículo de investigación científica y tecnológica. Documento que presenta, de manera detallada, los resultados originales de proyectos terminados de investigación. La estructura generalmente utilizada contiene cuatro apartes importantes: introducción, metodología, resultados y conclusiones.

• AUTOR(A) O AUTORES: en este espacio se debe indicar el Nombre del autor(a) o autores, el nivel académico más alto, el cargo y/o afiliación institucional, y dirección de correo electrónico.

• Artículo de reflexión. Documento que presenta resultados de investigación terminada desde una perspectiva analítica, interpretativa o crítica del autor, sobre un tema específico, recurriendo a fuentes originales.

6. El autor deberá adjuntar a su trabajo un resumen de su hoja de vida, que contenga por lo menos lo siguiente: Nombre completo, dirección postal y correo electrónico, formación académica, vinculación institucional, publicaciones realizadas en los dos últimos años (si las tiene) e indicar si pertenece o no a un grupo de investigación. En este caso indicará el nombre del grupo y de la línea de investigación en la cual trabaja, nombre del proyecto de investigación del cual se deriva el artículo enviado.

• Artículo de revisión. Documento resultado de una investigación terminada donde se analizan, sistematizan e integran los resultados de investigaciones publicadas o no publicadas, sobre un campo en ciencia o tecnología, con el fin de dar cuenta de los avances y las tendencias de desarrollo. Se caracteriza por presentar una cuidadosa revisión bibliográfica de por lo menos 50 referencias.

7. Procedimiento para la selección y forma de evaluación de los artículos.

• Cartas al editor. Posiciones críticas, analíticas o interpretativas sobre los documentos publicados en la revista, que a juicio del Comité editorial constituyen un aporte importante a la discusión del tema por parte de la comunidad científica de referencia.

Cada artículo sigue un proceso de selección y de arbitraje o evaluación por pares. Dentro del proceso de selección de los artículos se sigue el siguiente procedimiento: • En primer lugar el editor deberá revisar el cumplimiento de los requisitos de forma expresados en este instructivo, si el articulo cumple con los requisitos se remite al comité editorial, el cual deberá escoger el par evaluador del articulo. Teniendo en cuenta que toda investigación original debe ser evaluada por pares académicos preferiblemente externos a la institución.

• Editorial .Documento escrito por el editor, un miembro del comité editorial o un investigador invitado sobre orientaciones en el dominio temático de la revista. • Traducción. Traducciones de textos clásicos o de actualidad o transcripciones de documentos históricos o de interés particular en el dominio de publicación de la revista.

• El editor es el encargado de enviar el artículo al par evaluador seleccionado por el comité Editorial y dar a conocer al comité el concepto del par.

Documento de reflexión no derivado de investigación.

• El par evaluador deberá tener en cuenta lo siguiente: Originalidad y aporte del articulo al conocimiento del área, Precisión conceptual y dominio del tema, Rigor argumentativo, Fundamentación teórica y conceptual del tema, Metodología adecuada para el trabajo, Redacción y coherencia del texto, Accesibilidad del lenguaje para el lector, Pertinencia del tema para la revista, Coherencia entre objetivos propuestos y resultados obtenidos, Calidad, pertinencia y actualidad de las fuentes bibliográficas.

• Cada autor se hace responsable de conseguir los permisos y derechos para anexar materiales o ilustraciones provenientes de otras fuentes. • Las opiniones expresadas en los artículos publicados en esta revista son responsabilidad exclusiva de los autores. 5. La aceptación del artículo para su publicación, implica la cesión de los derechos de reproducción y divulgación por cualquier medio, a la Universidad Autónoma del Caribe. Igualmente cada autor deberá ceder de manera expresa la totalidad de los derechos patrimoniales derivados del artículo a favor de la Revista Justicia Juris de La Facultad de Jurisprudencia de la Universidad Autónoma del Caribe, declarando además que el artículo es original y de su creación exclusiva, esto lo realiza mediante el diligenciamiento de la carta de cesión de los derechos patrimoniales de autor.

• El proceso de evaluación por parte de los pares se realiza de manera anónima bajo la modalidad doble ciego. • El comité Editorial es el encargado de decidir qué artículos se publicarán en cada edición de la revista, se regresarán al autor para su corrección o se rechazarán definitivamente, y para ello tendrá en cuenta el concepto del editor y del par evaluador.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS Juris Justice Magazine is published twice a year. This magazine has purpose to promote intellectual output and research in Law school in the Caribbean Autonomy University. It aims to produce legal knowledge and investigations for this institution, as well as for other related institutions with legal science. The followings are the requirements FOR PUBLISHING ARTICLES IN JURIS JUSTICE MAGAZINE.

• KEYWORDS: You must put the most important words in the keywords. It must be in alphabetical order to facilitate the indexing of the article within a minimum of five and maximum of seven. • ABSTRACT: This is the literal English translation of the SUMMARY. It must be in italics, Times New Roman, 10 size points.

1. Articles must be an original peace of work and be submitted to the Editor of the Journal JUSTICE JURIS in the Faculty of Jurisprudence, located on 90th street No. 46 avenue 112, on the second floor, Block E. There must be an original and two copies. In addition, there must be a magnetic copy, which can be sent by email: [email protected] .

• KEYWORDS: You must put the most important words in English in the keywords. It must be in alphabetical order to facilitate the indexing of the article within a minimum of five and maximum of seven, exactly as the KEYWORDS in Spanish. • When the articles are a result f an investigation, this will have an introduction containing a reference to the problem, a justification, objectives, study methods, results, conclusions and references. The wording of the papers will be objective and impersonal. The author has to be careful to meet the standards of presentation, correction of the language and use terminology accepted by scientific boards.

2. Articles must be written in a text, letter size paper, Times New Roman, size 12, 1.5 space, and 3.5 cm margins on each side and extension of no more than 35 pages. Articles will be accepted in English, Spanish and French. For the text citation and reference list should follow the rules of the American Psychological Association (APA). In each magazine publishing, the maximum number of articles by the same author to be issued is two.

• BIBLIOGRAPHY REFERENCES: This is an alphabetical listing of data that identifies the sources cited and / or used in the article. These are located at the end of it and must contain all information necessary to facilitate the location of the documents cited in the text. This information should be accurate, as they appear in the original document.

3. Articles submitted to JUSTICE JURIS magazine edition must be texts concerning the science of law, legal or socio-legal research and refer to an issue or problem of public interest and contain the following: • TITLE OF ARTICLE: it must be at least 15 words long. It must be specific and informative. It has to indicate clearly the subject of matter. It must be centered, bold, block letters with Times New Roman, size 12.

4. It has a preference for items that correspond to the following types identified by the National Journal Publindex Index

• AUTHOR OR AUTHORS: in this field, it should indicate the name of the author or authors, their highest academic level, their title and / or institutional affiliation, and their email address.

• An article of scientific and technological research: It is a document that develops, in detail, the original results of research projects completely. It contains four main elements: introduction, methodology, results and conclusions

• SUMMARY: This field should be concise, synthesized with a maximum of 200 words in Times New Roman, 10 sizes. The abstract must be written in the language in which the article was submitted. In addition, there must be one presented in English. It is a short presentation, but comprehensive article.

• An article of reflection: it is an analytical, interpretive or critical paper presented as a result of a research from a specific topic, using original sources.

• An article of review: it is a document result of an investigation that analyzes and integrates the research findings published or unpublished, on a field of science or technology, in order to contribute for the progress and development trends. It is characterized by a careful review of the literature of at least 50 references.

In this case, indicate the name of the group and the research in which they work, research project name which derives the item shipped. 7. PROCEDURE FOR THE SELECTION AND EVALUATION FORM ITEMS

• Letters to the editor: it is the author’s critical point of you. It is an analytical or interpretive peace of work on documents published in the magazine, which in the opinion of the Editorial Committee are an important contribution to the discussion of the issue by the relevant scientific community. • Editorial: it is a document written by the editor, an editorial board member or a guest researcher in the domain of thematic orientations of the journal.



Each article follows a process of selection and arbitration or peer review.



In the process of selection of articles followed the following procedure: • First, the editor will review compliance with the formal requirements specified in these instructions. If the article meets the requirements refers to the editorial board, which shall choose the evaluator pair article. All original research must be evaluated by academic peers preferably outside the institution.

• Translation: These are translations of classic texts or current or historical documents or transcripts of particular interest in the field of magazine publishing

• The publisher is responsible for shipping the item to the pair evaluator selected by the Editorial Committee and to inform the committee the concept of par.

Discussion paper not derived from research. • Each author is responsible for securing permits and rights to attach materials or illustrations from other sources.

• The pair evaluator must consider the following: Originality and contribution of the article to the knowledge of the area, conceptual accuracy and mastery of the topic, argumentative rigor, conceptual and theoretical foundations of the subject, Methodology for the job, writing and coherence of the text, Accessibility of language to the reader, relevance of topic for the magazine, coherence between objectives and results, quality and timeliness of bibliographic sources.

• The opinions expressed in articles published in this journal are those of the authors. 5. The acceptance of a paper for publication implies the transfer of the rights of reproduction and dissemination by any means, to the Caribbean Autonomous University. Each author must also explicitly assign all property rights derived from articles for the Juris Justice magazine of the Faculty of Jurisprudence at the Caribbean Autonomous University, stating that the article is original and is an exclusive creation of their author. This is done by filling in the letter of transfer of economic rights.

• The process of evaluation by peers is done anonymously under double-blind method. • The Editorial Committee is responsible for deciding which articles are published in each edition of the magazine. This will be returned to the author for correction or definitively rejected, and should take account of the concept of the editor and peer evaluator.

6. The author should attach to their work a summary of their resume, which contains at least the following: full name, mailing address and email address, edu-
