Pelican Preserve Town Center is pleased to announce the roll-out of our new access control system. The new system replaced the mechanical keypads and allows after-hours access to the facilities via an issued proximity Resident card. This card will also replace your current Resident ID card. Enrollment Residents can fill out paperwork and get pictures taken Monday through Friday 8:30am-4:30pm with Lauren in the Town Center Reception Office. New System Activated The new system was activated on January 1, 2016. This means that the mechanical keypads for the Sewing Room, Art Room, Billiard Room and Card Room were removed and the only way to access the building after hours is with our new Resident ID Card. ALL RENTERS must obtain access cards from Lauren. Once completed, the Guest Registration Form should be turned in to Lauren Watson in the Pelican Lounge. Lauren will issue that guest an access card and it will be available to pick up in the Pelican Lounge.

Golf Lessons and Clinics Wednesday at 10:00am Friday at 10:00am Saturday at 10:00am No registration necessary for clinics. Please check in at the Golf Shop upon your arrival. Appointments for private lessons may be made with any one of our Golf Professional Staff.

This summer Pelican Preserve will be closing 12 greens on the Heron course and our three practice greens. We will still have 18 holes open for play. During this time we will also be renovating various areas of the clubhouse. Though there will be some disruption, we plan to have food service available throughout the summer.

Golf Club Regripping Service Available It is important to keep your grips new and to be sure that the grips are the right size. On average, grips should be changed yearly, especially in a humid climate. The size of your grips is important because having the wrong grip may cause extra pain in your hands and wrists after you play. The Golf Staff can order any type of desired grip. Price will depend on which grip you choose. Name Tags for Golf Members ONLY Contact Patti Volpe at [email protected] for more information. Submit check for $8.50 payable to Trophy Case in the lock box located on the desk outside the locker rooms. Please include the exact spelling of the name you want printed and indicate whether you want a pin or a magnet name tag.
