JUTE Let’s use Jute save Earth Jute is a long, soft, shiny bast fiber that can be spun into coarse, strong threads. It is produced from flowering plants in the genus Corchorus, which is in the mallow family Tiliaceae. The primary source of the fiber is Corchorus olitorius, but such fiber is considered inferior to that derived from Corchorus capsularis. "Jute" is the name of the plant or fiber used to make burlap, hessian, or gunny cloth.Primarily concentrated near the woody, central parts of the stalk. The two species of the Jute plant do not differ much except in terms of quality of the jute fibers, growing habits, and the shapes of their respective seed pods.The jute fiber comes from the stem and ribbon (outer skin) of the jute plant. The fibers are first Jute, a long, soft plant fiber that is spun into coarse, strong threads, is obtained from the plants, The jute plant, a native of the Indian subcontinent, is a herbaceous annual growing to a height of around 10 to 12 feet with a central cylindrical stem, and 4 to 6-inch long light green leaves and yellow flowers. The jute fibers are located beneath the bark, extracted by retting. The retting process consists of bundling jute stems together and immersing them in slow running water. There are two types of retting: stem and ribbon. After the retting process, stripping begins; In the stripping process, non-fibrous matter is scraped off, then the workers dig in the grab the fibers from within the jute stem.Jute is a rain-fed crop with little need for fertilizer or pesticides, in contrast to cotton’s heavy requirements. Production is concentrated mostly in India’s states of Assam Bihar, and West Bengal as well as Bangladesh . India is the world’s largest producer of jute. India, Pakistan, and China import significant quantities of Jute fiber and products from Bangladesh, as do the United Kingdom, Japan, United States, France, Spain, Ivory Coast, Germany and Brazil.

For Custom order or regular bag from our product list which we don’t keep the stock in Warehouse:Minimum order: 1500 pcs bag. Delivery time: 84-102 days depends upon the types of bag and approval of artwork team if it is custom design. Shipment wil be made by sea and in case of urgency we are able to ship by air but the cost of the products will be higher than sea freight Please confirm and agree the price before place an order. Payment terms: 60% in advance and 40% at the time of shipment
