People spend considerable time on electronic devices such as desktop computers, mobile phones, and tablets, which increase strain on the eyes due to their high-energy light rays. The individuals can wear computer glasses eyewear to avoid direct exposure to screens for a long time. They should blink their eyes more often rather than staring at screens constantly. Apart from that, they should adopt the following ways to prevent eye strain,


Take a break every twenty minutes: The individuals who work on mobiles or desktops for hours should take a break from their screens every twenty minutes and look at any object 20 feet away from them for at least 20 seconds.
