research and analysis (group work)
No significant changes have never occurred on Nestlé’s logo. The Nest since the beginning illustrates the company’s name, meaning «little nest». With the motherly figure of the bird feeding its offspring, it aims to show their commitment toward producing nutritious and healthy food for infants and children. Their advert often carries a message targeting mothers, whose concern is the “good and happy” growth of their kids.

Several campaigns against Nestlé aimed to denounce the behind side of their products. Lies in advertising promoting healthy food for infants, in “an ethical and responsible” way, actually falls and at the origin of numerous death -the scandal of baby milk sells in Africa.
How to recreate a nest ? What is the athmosphere we are looking for?
The aim is to find a good balance between a not «too realistic» representation of a nest, however recognizable as nestlé icon.The contrast between the inside and outside of the structure is supposed to represent the «dark side» lying beneath their cheerful imagery.

The core of the struvcture would have been mad by using steel cables, going aroung the tree and against the building, following some hoctogonal/ exagonal shapes.
