To achieve optimum performance of the adjustable botton nozzle, follow the instructions provided below. 1. CHECK THE CONTENTS Inside the box you will find 12 bags of nozzles with the instructions sheet. 2. GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS These nozzles are installed on the bottom of the swimming pool, particularly in pools with an overflow system. The propulsion at the bottom of the pool evenly spreads the chemical products inside the pool and saves in heating costs. Maximum flow – 5 m3/h. The flow can be adjusted in the nozzle itself. The nozzle can be glued in ∅63 pipes of a nominal pressure inside of 6 atm. or 10 atm depending on the model. 3. INSTALLATION The nozzles will be spread out over the bottom of the pool depending on the available flow. Before cementing the bottom of the pool, layout the system. The end length of the piping should be a PVC ∅63 PN 6 pipe in models 28230 and 28231 or PN 10 in models 28501 and 28502. Finally, the tube should be aligned perpendicularly and be on level with the bottom (Fig. 1). The base of the nozzle should then be stuck inside the tube with adhesive for PVC (Fig. 2). Ensure that the nozzles are perfectly aligned with each other. You can place a label if you wish, on the upper part of the base to prevent it from becoming soiled with cement. Finally, cement the bottom of the pool up to the level of the nozzle (Fig. 3). 4. ASSEMBLY Once the cement has set, remove the adhesive label and place the adhesive seal on the base of the nozzle and then place the liner. Place the flange using the corresponding screws (Fig. 4). Cut the liner inside the nozzle and in models 28501 and 28502, first place the trim and then the inside unit by turning to the left “CLOSE” (Fig. 5). 5. START-UP The nozzle flow can be adjusted through the centre axle of the distributor cover using a screwdriver. Open and Close are printed on the distributor cover. (Fig. 6). 6. SAFETY WARNINGS • The nozzle should be installed by qualified technicians. • Only adhesives designed for PVC should be used. All other universal products should not be used.

Pour obtenir un rendement optimum des buses de fond oscillante, il est recommandé de suivre les instructions ci-dessous. 1. VÉRIFIEZ LE CONTENU: À l’intérieur de la boîte, vous trouverez 12 sachets de buses accompagnés de la feuille d’instructions. 2. CARACTÉRÍSTIQUES GÉNÉRALES Ces buses s’installent au fond de la piscine, surtout dans les piscines dotées d’un système débordant. L’impulsion par le fond de la piscine permet de répartir d’une façon homogène les produits chimiques à l’intérieur de la piscine et de réduire les coûts de chauffage. 3 Débit maximum - 5 m /h. Le débit peut être réglé sur la buse elle-même. La buse est prévue pour être collée sur des tuyaux de Ø 63 de pression nominale 6 atm. ou 10 atm. selon le modèle, devant être collée à l’intérieur. 3. INSTALLATION Il faudra installer les buses en les répartissant au fond de la piscine, en fonction du débit disponible. Avant de bétonner le fond de la piscine, réalisez la distribution du système en veillant à ce que le morceau final de la tuyauterie soit un tuyau en PVC ∅63 PN 6 pour les modèles 28230 et 28231 et PN10 pour les modèles 28501 et 28502 ; ensuite le tuyau doit être aligné perpendiculairement et au même niveau que le fond (Fig. 1). Vous devez ensuite coller la base de la buse à l’intérieur du tuyau, en utilisant de l’adhésif pour PVC (Fig. 2), puis vérifier que les buses sont parfaitement alignées les unes avec les autres ; si vous le souhaitez, vous pouvez coller une étiquette sur la partie supérieure de la base pour éviter de la salir avec le béton, et alors vous pouvez enfin bétonner le fond de la piscine jusqu’au niveau de la buse (Fig. 3). 4. MONTAGE Une fois le béton bien pris, enlevez l’étiquette adhésive et placez le joint adhésif sur la base de la buse, puis mettez le liner. Placez la bride avec les vis respectives (Fig. 4). Coupez le liner à l’intérieur de la buse. Ensuite, dans le cas des modèles 28501 et 28502, placez d’abord l’enjoliveur, puis l’ensemble intérieur en lui faisant faire une rotation à gauche “CLOSE” (Fig. 5). 5. MISE EN MARCHE Vous pouvez régler le débit de la buse grâce à l’axe central du couvercle de distribution en utilisant un tournevis. L’indication pour ouvrir ou fermer est imprimée sur le couvercle de distribution (Fig. 6). 6. AVERSTISSEMENTS CONCERNANT LA SÉCURITÉ • La buse doit être installée par des techniciens spécialisés. • Il ne faut utiliser que des adhésifs conçus uniquement pour travailler avec du PVC, tous les produits d’usage universel devant être exclus.

Para conseguir un óptimo rendimiento de las Boquillas de Fondo, es conveniente observar las instrucciones que se indican a continuación. 1. COMPRUEBE EL CONTENIDO: En el interior de la caja encontrará 12 bolsas de boquillas con la hoja de instrucciones. 2. CARACTERÍSTICAS GENERALES Estas boquillas, se instalan en el fondo de la piscina, sobre todo en piscinas con sistema desbordante. La impulsión por el fondo de la piscina, reparte homogéneamente los productos químicos en el interior de la piscina, y ahorra costes de calefacción. Caudal máximo.- 5 m3/h. El caudal puede ser regulado en la misma boquilla. La boquilla puede encolarse en tubos de Ø 63 de presión nominal 6 atm. o 10 atm. según modelo, por el interior. 3. INSTALACIÓN Las boquillas se instalarán repartidas en el fondo de la piscina, dependiendo del caudal disponible. Antes de hormigonar el fondo de la piscina, realizar la distribución del sistema, el tramo final de la tubería debe ser un tubo de PVC ∅63 PN 6 en los modelos 28230 y 28231 o PN10 en los modelos 28501 y 28502, finalmente el tubo se debe alinear perpendicularmente y estar a nivel con el fondo.(Fig. 1) Seguidamente se debe encolar la base de la boquilla en el interior del tubo, con adhesivo para PVC (Fig. 2), luego se debe asegurar que las boquillas queden perfectamente alineadas unas con las otras, si se desea se puede colocar una etiqueta en la parte superior de la base para evitar que se ensucie con el hormigón, finalmente ya se puede hormigonar el fondo de la piscina hasta el nivel de la boquilla (Fig. 3) 4.

MONTAJE

Una vez fraguado el hormigón quitar la etiqueta adhesiva y colocar la junta adhesiva en la base de la boquilla y seguidamente poner el liner. Poner la brida con los respectivos tornillos (Fig. 4) Seguidamente cortar el liner por el interior de la boquilla e instalar primero en el caso de los modelos 28501 y 28502 el embellecedor y seguidamente el conjunto interior mediante un giro a la izquierda “CLOSE” (Fig. 5). 5. PUESTA EN MARCHA El caudal de la boquilla, puede ser regulado a través del eje central de la tapa distribuidora mediante un destornillador. La indicación para abrir ó cerrar, está impresa en la tapa distribuidora. (Fig. 6) 6. ADVERTENCIAS DE SEGURIDAD • La boquilla debe ser instalada por pesronal técnico especializado • Sólo se debe utilizar adhesivos concebidos únicamente para trabajar con PVC, quedando excluidos todos aquellos productos de uso universal.

Per ottenere un ottimo rendimento delle bocchette di fondo oscillante, è conveniente seguire le seguenti istruzioni. 1. CONTROLLARE IL CONTENUTO DELLA CASSA All’interno di questa scatola troverà 12 buste di bocchette con il foglio delle istruzioni. 2. CARATTERISTICHE GENERALI Queste bocchette vanno installate sul fondo della piscina, soprattutto nelle piscine con sistema traboccante. La spinta realizzata dal fondo della piscina distribuisce in maniera omogenea i prodotti chimici all’interno della piscina, e provoca un risparmio delle spese di riscaldamento. 3 Portata massima – 5 m /h. La portata si può regolare sulla stessa bocchetta. La bocchetta può essere incollata su tubi da Ø 63 con una pressione nominale di 6 atm. o 10 atm. a seconda del modello, dalla parte interna. 3. INSTALLAZIONE Le bocchette devono essere installate in maniera tale da risultare ben distribuite sul fondo della piscina, a seconda della portata disponibile. Prima di cementare il fondo della piscina, realizzare la distribuzione del sistema; il tratto finale della tubatura deve essere composto da un tubo in PVC da ∅ 63 PN 6 per i modelli 28230 e 28231 o PN10 per i modelli 28501 e 28502. Alla fine, il tubo deve essere allineato in maniera perpendicolare ed essere a livello con il fondo.(Fig. 1) In seguito, si deve incollare la base della bocchetta nella parte interna del tubo, con adesivo per PVC (Fig. 2), quindi si renderà necessario assicurarsi che le bocchette siano perfettamente allineate le une con le altre, e se si desidera si può collocare un’etichetta nella parte superiore della base allo scopo di evitare che si sporchi con il cemento. Infine si potrà procedere alla cementazione del fondo della piscina fino al livello della bocchetta (Fig. 3) 4. MONTAGGIO Una volta solidificato il cemento, si potrà togliere l’etichetta adesiva e collocare la giunta adesiva nella base della bocchetta, e in seguito mettere il liner. Inserire la flangia con le rispettive viti (Fig. 4). In seguito, si renderà necessario tagliare il liner dalla parte interna della bocchetta e installare in primo luogo, nel caso dei modelli 28501 e 28502, l’elemento di abbellimento e poi tutto il gruppo interno, girando verso sinistra nel senso di “CLOSE” (Fig. 5). 5. MESSA IN MARCIA La portata della bocchetta può essere regolata per mezzo dell’asse centrale del coperchio di distribuzione, utilizzando un cacciavite. L’indicazione per aprire o chiudere è stampata sul coperchio di distribuzione. (Fig. 6) 6.

AVVERTENZE DI SICUREZZA La bocchetta deve essere installata da personale tecnico specializzato. • Si devono utilizzare solo adesivi concepiti esclusivamente per essere applicati su PVC, escludendo tutti i prodotti che siano di uso universale. •

Um die beste Leistung der Regulierbaren Bodeneinlaufdüsen zu erzielen, ist es ratsam, die nachfolgenden Anweisungen zu berücksichtigen.

1. ÜBERPRÜFEN SIE DEN VERPACKUNGSINHALT In der Kiste befinden sich 12 Beutel mit Düsen einschlie lich Bedienungsanleitung. 2. ALLGEMEINE EIGENSCHAFTEN Diese Düsen werden auf dem Schwimmbeckenboden installiert, vor allem in Schwimmbecken mit Überlaufsystem. Der Antrieb vom Boden des Schwimmbeckens aus verteilt die chemischen Produkte gleichmä ig im Schwimmbecken und spart Heizkosten. Maximale Durchflussmenge: 5 m3/h. Die Durchflussmenge kann direkt an der Düse eingestellt werden. Die Düse kann in Rohre mit Ø 63 mit einem Nenndruck von 6 atm von innen eingeleimt werden, je nach Modell. 3. INSTALLATION Die Düsen werden der verfügbaren Durchflussmenge entsprechend auf dem Boden des Schwimmbeckens verteilt. Bevor der Boden des Schwimmbeckens betoniert wird, muss das System verteilt werden. Das letzte Stück der Rohrleitungen sollte bei den Modellen 28230 und 28231 aus einem PVC-Rohr mit ∅63 PN 6 bestehen und bei den Modellen 28501 und 28502 aus einer Rohrleitung mit ∅63 PN 10. Das Rohr muss senkrecht auf Bodenhöhe ausgerichtet werden (Abb. 1). Anschlie end wird die Basis der Düse im Inneren des Rohrs mit einem PVC-Kleber verleimt (Abb. 2). Die Düsen müssen perfekt zueinander ausgerichtet sein. Sie können ein Etikett oben auf die Basis kleben, um zu vermeiden, dass sie mit Beton verschmutzt wird. Dann wird der Boden des Schwimmbeckens bis auf die Höhe der Düse betoniert (Abb. 3). 4. MONTAGE Sobald der Beton abgebunden ist, entfernen Sie das Klebeetikett und bringen eine Klebedichtung auf der Basis der Düse an. Dann wird der Liner angebracht. Den Flansch mit den dazugehörigen Schrauben anbringen (Abb. 4). Den Liner innen in der Düse abschneiden und bei den Modellen 28501 und 28502 zunächst den Zierdeckel und anschlie end die innere Gruppe durch eine Linksdrehung “CLOSE” montieren (Abb. 5). 5. INBETRIEBNAHME Die Durchflussmenge der Düse kann an der Zentralachse des Verteilerdeckels mit einem Schraubenzieher eingestellt werden. Die Anweisungen Öffnen und Schlie en sind auf den Deckel aufgedruckt. (Abb. 6) 6. SICHERHEITSVORSCHRIFTEN • Die Düse darf nur von qualifiziertem Fachpersonal installiert werden • Es dürfen ausschlie lich Kleber benutzt werden, die für die Arbeit mit PVC geeignet sind. Es darf kein Universalkleber verwendet werden.

VERIFIQUE O CONTEÚDO DA EMBALAGEM Dentro da caixa encontrará 12 sacos de bocas com a folha de instruções. 2. CARACTERÍSTICAS GERAIS As bocas devem ser instaladas no fundo da piscina, nomeadamente em piscinas com sistema transbordante. A impulsão pelo fundo da piscina distribui os produtos químicos no interior da piscina de forma homogénea e poupa custos de aquecimento. Caudal máximo.- 5 m3/h. O caudal pode ser regulado na própria boca. A boca pode ser colada no interior de tubos de Ø 63 com pressão nominal de 6 atm. ou 10 atm., conforme modelo. 3. INSTALAÇAO As bocas devem ser instaladas distribuídas no fundo da piscina em função do caudal disponível. Antes de betonar o fundo da piscina, faça a distribuição do sistema. O segmento final da tubagem deve ser um tubo de PVC ∅63 PN 6 nos modelos 28230 e 28231 ou PN10 nos modelos 28501 e 28502. Seguidamente, deve alinhar o tubo perpendicularmente e deixá-lo ao nível do fundo da piscina (Fig. 1). Depois, cole a base da boca no interior do tubo com adesivo para PVC (Fig. 2) e assegure-se de que as bocas fiquem perfeitamente alinhadas entre si. Se desejar, pode colocar uma etiqueta na parte superior da base para evitar que se suje de betão. Por último, efectue a betonagem do fundo da piscina até ao nível da boca (Fig. 3). 4. MONTAGEM Quando o betão tiver endurecido, retire a etiqueta autocolante e coloque a junta adesiva na base da boca, seguidamente coloque o liner. Coloque o flange com os respectivos parafusos (Fig. 4). Seguidamente, corte o liner pelo interior da boca e instale primeiro o friso, no caso dos modelos 28501 e 28502, e depois o conjunto interior rodando-o para a esquerda “CLOSE” (Fig. 5). 5. COLOCAÇAO EM FUNCIONAMENTO O caudal da boca pode ser regulado através do eixo central da tampa distribuidora com uma chave de parafusos. A indicação para abrir ou cerrar está impressa na tapa distribuidora. (Fig. 6) 6. ADVERTENCIAS DE SEGURANÇA • A boca deve ser instalada por pessoal técnico especializado • Somente se devem utilizar adesivos concebidos para trabalhos com PVC, ficando excluídos todos os produtos de uso universal.
