MOROCCAN DISHES


TAJINES Tajine is considered to be the main meal in every Moroccan Household. Tagine can be made of all vegetables but the most two famous ones are Chicken With Preserved Lemon and Olives as well as Lamb or Beef With Prunes.


COUSCOUS WITH SEVEN VEGETABLES The majority of Moroccans eat couscous one Fridays. It’s made of chicken or beef in addition to vegetables like carots, zucchini squash, turnips, cabbage, tomatoes, beans, potatoes and pumpkin. Couscous is a meal that gathers the whole family members.


PASTILLA Chicken Pastilla Fish Pastilla Pastilla is one of the best Moroccan dishes you want to serve your special guest or within a special party due to the great taste It is an utterly amazing fusion of flavors and textures. You can opt for Chicken pastilla if you like sweet and savory meals, otherwise you can choose Fish pastilla for a spicy taste


RFISSA Rfissa is a fabulous Moroccan dish of stewed chicken, lentils, and onions served on a bed of shredded msemen, trid pastry or bread. It's traditional to serve rfissa to a woman who has just given birth, as fenugreek is supposed to be beneficial for women that are recovering from child birth.


HARIRA Harira is a thick, warming soup traditionally served at Iftaar during the month of Ramadan as a wholesome way to break the fast. It’s generally served with dates, eggs, chebakia and other things.
