PURPOSE

This Project Definition Document provides a brief overview of Car Spare Jo to promote a shared understanding of it before a more detailed Plan, Schedule, and Budget is prepared.

2.

PROBLEM/OPPORTUNITY

The scarcity or non-existence of some car parts ( for example, some times when we have a breakdown with a specific piece of the car and we need to replace it for this part. It can be found rarely after spending a lot of time and effort in searching for It , and it is possible that it is not available.)

3.

PROJECT GOAL

The main objective of this project is to find a solution to the problem of the scarcity of some car parts.

4. PROJECT OBJECTIVES 1. We will save time. 2. We will save effort. 3. Affordable prices for everyone. 4. Providing spare parts for all cars. 5. Facilitate the search for the right piece.

PROJECT SCOPE

The system that we will design is a system that works in the following way, which is that I will choose the piece that I need, and this system will tell me where it and it will also show me results that show the prices and cost of these parts and the parts that do not exist in the local market will be provided.

6. KEY STAKEHOLDERS The group interested in this project are the ones who own the cars as well as the drivers.

OUTCOMES/SUCCESS CRITERIA

If this project is implemented, it will be easy to find rare parts for cars. without wasting time or effort.

ASSUMPTIONS AND CONSTRAINTS

My project takes into account a set of limitations and assumptions : 1. Commitment to the laws of the country. 2. it must support the Arabic language. 3. The system must be connected to the internet.

RISKS

1. The piece arrived unusable. 2. Selling the copying piece as the original. 3. Stock Management.

10. ESTIMATED COST My project will cost me 8000-10000 because I need hardware, some of these parts may be expensive , I have customs on the pieces as for our country , and these are the reasons that will make me need this cost.

11. ESTIMATED DURATION This project needs 6-7 months because the analysis stage needs 3 months, and the design stage needs a month and writing the code needs a month and a half, and we will have a testing process for this project that takes place within a month.
